摘    要： 戴安娜是以LMR-13-42-15-5-9-3为母本、P81-5-13-32-5-7为父本杂交而成的抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒杂交番茄新品种。该品种为无限生长型，果实扁圆形，幼果有深绿色果肩，果实完全成熟后为粉红色，单果质量120～150 g，品质优良，维生素C含量（w，后同）20.8 mg?100 g-1，可溶性固形物6.1%，番茄红素65.6 mg?kg-1;丰产稳产性较好，田间表现抗叶霉病和线虫病，适合河南地区早春大棚、越冬温室种植。

Breeding of a new tomato variety Daianna with resistant to Tomato yellow leaf curl virus

Abstract： Daianna is a F1 hybrid of fruit tomato cultivar with resistance to Tomato yellow leaf curl virus and was developed by crossing LMR-13-42-15-5-9-3 as female parent and P81-5-13-32-5-7 as male parent. The plant is indeterminate type. Its fruit is oblate shaped with deep green shoulder. The matured fruit is pink. The single fruit weight is about 120-150 g. Moreover，this variety has excellent quality ， the vitamin C content is 20.8 mg?100 g-1 ， the soluble solid content is 6.1%，the lycopene content is 65.6 mg?kg-1. It is resistant to leaf mould and nematodiasis in the field， and the yield is high and stable. It is suitable for cultivation in early spring and overwintering greenhouse in Henan Province.

1 育种目标

番茄（Solanum lycopersicum L.）是世界上栽培和消费最广泛的蔬菜作物之一，我国已成为全球最大的番茄种植、生产和消费国。因其营养丰富、丰产高效，深受广大消费者和生产者欢迎，番茄含有丰富的矿物质、维生素和番茄红素，其番茄红素具有延年益寿、防癌抗癌的功效[1]，因此，在农业增产、农民增收以及在农业产业结构调整中起重要的作用。科学研究的目的是解决生产上的主要问题，番茄育种的方向也是为生产服务，丰产、抗病、优质是番茄育种的主要目标，在品质育种方面，更多集中在颜色、大小、形状等商品外观等方面，尽管在育种中兼顾品质，但要求较低，育成的品种口感较差。近几年，随着粉虱传播的病毒病的发生与流行，我国番茄产业面临着巨大的挑战，尤其是番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的暴发，给番茄产业带来巨大的损失[2-5]，抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒（Tomato yellow leaf curl virus，TYLCV）成为首要的育种目标。随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提……
