摘  要：祁连山国家公园建设工作的开展，对于推进社会生态文明建设发挥着重要作用，为此，祁连山国家公园建设主体需要重视优化国家公园建设工作，推进生态文明理念与建设实践的紧密融合，充分体现出生态文明对祁连山国家公园建设工作所具有的引导作用。该文论述了祁连山国家公园建設对生态文明发展的重要意义，并对生态文明视阈下祁连山国家公园建设策略进行了研究与探讨。

On the Construction Strategy of National Park from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

—Taking Qilian Mountain National Park as an Example

Abstract： the construction of Qilian Mountain National Park plays an important role in promoting the construction of social ecological civilization. Therefore， the main body of Qilian Mountain National Park construction needs to pay attention to optimizing the construction of National Park， promote the close integration of ecological civilization concept and construction practice， fully reflecting the guiding role of ecological civilization on the construction of Qilian Mountain National Park. This paper discusses the significance of the construction of Qilian Mountain National Park to the development of ecological civilization， and studies and discusses the construction strategy of Qilian Mountain National Park from the perspective of ecological civilization.

1  祁连山国家公园建设对生态文明发展的重要意义

生态文明建设是关系中华民族永续发展的根本大计，也正因为如此，我国将生态文明建设从一种思想理念上升到了国家管理制度的层面[1]。在推进生态文明进程的过程中，祁连山国家公园建设发挥着不容忽视的作用。具体而言，祁连山国家公园建设对生态文明发展的重要意义主要体现在以下几个层面：首先，祁连山国家公园建设能够拓展祁连山地区自然生态保护形式。在生态文明建设工作中，保护地体系对于推进生态环境保护工作具有重要价值，而保护地的类型可以划分为国家湿地公园、森林公园、水利风景区等。国家公园这种形式在保护地类型中的加入，能够促使自然生态保护方式得以进一步的丰富，这对于推进生态文明建设与时俱进地发展具有重要意义。其次，祁连山国家公园建设能够有效强化社会大众所具有的生态意识。……
