麻赛尔功能织物紧度对吸湿导湿性能的影响研究

摘 要:为开发吸湿导湿功能织物,并探究紧度对织物吸湿和导湿性能的影响,制备了5种紧度的麻赛尔/Coolmax/棉混纺交织物。分别测试5种织物的吸水率、滴水扩散时间、芯吸高度、湿阻和液态水分管理等指标,通过分析对比数据,得出性能较好时的织物紧度。结果表明:紧度对织物吸湿和导湿性能有明显影响。当混纺交织物总紧度为75.25%~77.50%时,吸湿性最好;当经、纬向紧度分别为55%、45%时,传导液态水的能力最好;织物的经、纬向紧度越小时,织物传导气态水的能力更好。开发的5种麻赛尔/Coolmax/棉混纺交织物吸湿导湿两面异性效果明显。

Abstract: In order to develop the fabrics with moisture absorption and conduction, and explore the effect of tightness on the moisture absorption and conduction of the fabric, Jutecell / Coolmax / cotton blended fabrics of five kinds of tightness were prepared. The five types of fabrics were tested for water absorption rate, drip diffusion time, wicking height, damp resistance, and liquid water management. By analyzing and comparing the data, the fabric tightness at good performance was obtained. The results showed that the tightness had a significant effect on the moisture absorption and moisture conduction. When the total tightness of the blended fabric was 75.25% to 77.50%, the moisture absorption was the best. When the warp and weft tightness were 55% and 45%, respectively, the ability to conduct liquid water was the best. The smaller the warp and weft tightness of the fabric, the better the ability of the fabric to conduct gaseous water. The five kinds of Jutecell/ Coolmax/ cotton blended fabrics all had obvious specific effects on two layers of moisture absorption and moisture conduction.

隨着科技水平的发展,消费者对于吸湿导湿功能织物的需求越来越多,要实现织物良好的吸湿导湿功能,一般需要借助织物差动毛细效应原理,具体有以下两种途径:一是对织物的正反面分别进行亲水和疏水整理;二是通过使用亲疏水性有差别纱线,并搭配合理的结构设计[1-2]。Liu等[3]用3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷对涤纶织物改性,然后在单侧紫外照射下,通过特殊方法处理获得了具有持久吸湿排汗、抗静电和去污性能的织物。徐小斌等[4]对涤纶纤维分别进行亲水整理和拒水整理后,再与维纶棉纱并捻纱交替织造,借助维纶的水溶性,开发了一种吸湿速干面料。刘昀庭等[5]用NaOH溶液和阳离子表面活性剂1227溶液对再生涤纶织物进行碱减量工艺处理,处理后的织物满足吸湿速干性产品的技术要求。……
