顶空固相微萃取气相色谱质谱法测定皮革中的富马酸二甲酯

摘 要:为了检测皮革中的富马酸二甲酯,采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS),考察了萃取纤维涂层、平衡温度、平衡时间、萃取时间、解吸温度和时间对萃取效率的影响,确定最优的顶空条件,并评估该方法的性能。结果表明:最优的顶空条件为100 μm PDMS萃取纤维涂层,平衡温度80 ℃,平衡时间15 min,萃取时间4 min,解吸温度260 ℃,解吸时间1 min。该方法在0.05~10 mg/kg范围内观察到良好的线性,相关系数(R2)高于0.998,检出限为0.023 mg/L,方法加标回收率范围为99.48%~102.67%。该方法可以满足皮革及其制品中的富马酸二甲酯日常检测需要。

Abstract: In order to detect dimethyl fumarate in leathers, headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME)-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was utilized. The effects of extraction fiber coating, equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time, extraction time, desorption temperature and time on the extraction efficiency were studied, the optimal headspace conditions were determined, and the performance of the method was evaluated. The optimum conditions were obtained as below: the fiber coating extraction at 100 μm PDMS, equilibrium temperature 80 °C, equilibrium time 15 min, extraction time 4 min, desorption temperature 260 °C and desorption time 1 min. This method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.05-10 mg/kg with a correlation coefficient (R2) of above 0.998. The limit of detection was 0.023 mg/L. The recycling rate of this method was in the range of 99.48%—106.27%. It can meet the daily analysis of dimethyl fumarate in leathers and its products.

富馬酸二甲酯(DMF)是一种白色晶体,已发现它可作为霉菌生长抑制剂和强效杀菌剂[1],主要用于防止皮革、纺织品、鞋类、家具、食品、水果和其他产品在温暖潮湿的气候下储存或运输过程中因霉菌而变质。皮革中的DMF主要添加在防霉剂和干燥剂中,用于皮革产品的防腐防霉,防霉剂和干燥剂中DMF以分子状态进入微生物的细胞膜,抑制微生物细胞分裂和呼吸,抑制微生物的生长繁殖。当少量DMF接触到皮肤后,会造成皮肤发痒、发红和湿疹等,大量接触易引发急性呼吸困难,DMF进入人体肠道和内脏器官后,也会造成腐蚀性损害[2]。动物试验及体外试验表明,DMF没有致癌、生殖毒性和神经毒性[3]。2009年欧盟成员国明确规定DMF的含量在消费品及其部件中不得超过0.1 mg/kg,也规定了若产品已声明含有DMF,将会禁止进入欧洲市场流通和销售[4]。……
