温度与单位填充量对羽绒服保暖性的影响探究

摘 要:保暖性是衡量羽绒服质量的重要指标。以羽绒服保暖性为研究对象,在不同温度下测试评价了不同单位填充量的羽绒服内胆保暖性的差异,并对其保暖机理进行分析。结果表明:单位填充量相同的羽绒服内胆在零度以下时热阻随温度的降低而增大,零度以上时热阻变化不明显;当环境条件相同时,热阻随单位填充量增大而增大,但单位填充量增加到120~130 g/m2后热阻增加不明显甚至出现略微下降;并根据试验数据建立了热阻-单位填充量-温度的函数方程。

Abstract: The warmth retention property is an important index to measure the quality of down jackets. Taking the warmth retention property of down jackets as the research object, the differences of the warmth retention of down jackets with different filling density were tested and evaluated at different temperatures, and the warmth retention mechanism under different filling densities was analyzed. The results showed that the thermal resistance of down jacket liner with the same filling density increased with the decrease of temperature below 0 ℃, and the thermal resistance changed little above 0℃. When the environmental conditions were the same, the thermal resistance increased with the increase of filling density. But when the filling density increased to 120 ~ 130 g/m2, the increase of thermal resistance was not obvious or even slightly decreased. The function equation of thermal resistance-filling density-temperature was established according to the experimental data.

保暖性是衡量羽绒服质量的重要指标,现有研究已有从填充物类型[1-3]、含绒率[4-6]、绗缝数量[6-7]以及面料[8]等方面对羽绒服保暖性进行探讨,并证实当填充物种类相同时填充量是影响羽绒服保暖性的主要因素[9]。现有的羽绒服内胆保暖性评价是在标准条件下进行的,然而实际穿着时的温湿度变化会影响羽绒集合体蓬松结构,导致内胆的热阻发生改变[9-11]。传统观念中,款式和尺码相同的羽绒服,填充量越大则保暖性越好。而众多实验结果表明,一定体积的羽绒服内胆存在“临界填充量”,当达到临界填充量时,热阻不再随填充量的增加而稳定上升[2,10-11]。现有研究没有将温度和单位填充量对羽绒服热阻的影响做定量研究,因此本研究旨在不同温度下对不同单位填充量的羽绒服进行热阻测试并进行定量分析,得到更为客观的羽绒服保暖性变化规律,为羽绒服类产品设计提供依据。……
