静电纺PAN/TiO2多孔纳米复合光催化纤维的制备

摘 要:为制备具有较高的光催化性能和重复使用性能的纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)光催化材料,采用静电纺丝技术制备PAN/TiO2纳米复合纤维,通过溶出致孔剂(PVP)使单根纤维表面形成孔状结构的PAN/TiO2多孔纳米复合光催化纤维,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、比表面积分析(BET)等方法对材料进行表征。研究相同条件下,不同原料配比的PAN/TiO2多孔纳米复合光催化纤维对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附及光催化性能的影响。结果表明:当吸附时间为105 min时,PAN/TiO2多孔纳米复合光催化纤维对10 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液最佳吸附率为58.78%;在紫外灯下光催化反应60 min时,对10 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液的最佳光催化降解率达到92.48%,并在重复使用5次后,对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解率达到84.1%。

Abstract: In order to prepare nano-titanium dioxide(TiO2) photocatalytic material with high photocatalytic performance and reusability, electrospinning technology was used to prepare PAN/TiO2 nanocomposite fibers, and PAN/TiO2 porous nanocomposite photocatalytic fibers were formed on the surface of single fiber by dissolving the porogen (PVP). PAN/TiO2 porous nanocomposite photocatalytic fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and specific surface area analysis (BET). Under the same conditions, the effects of PAN/TiO2 porous nanocomposite photocatalytic fibers with different raw material ratios on the adsorption and photocatalytic performance of methylene blue solution were studied. The results showed that the optimal adsorption rate of PAN/TiO2 porous nanocomposite photocatalytic fibers was 58.78% for 10 mg/L methylene blue solution when the adsorption time was 105 min. Under UV lights for 60 min, the optimal photocatalytic degradation rate for 10 mg/L methylene blue solution reached 92.48%, and the photocatalytic degradation rate could reach 84.1% after recycling five times.
