摘要：本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法和专家访谈法对滑雪旅游业助推京津冀一体化战略的价值、困境和突破路径进行深入研究。研究得出：滑雪旅游业的发展具有推动京津冀地区城市交通一体化、政策规划一体化、资源配置一体化和产业转型升级一体化的价值。但还存在区域交通网络体系不完善，服务质量有待提升;滑雪旅游政策规划不足，缺少协同联动机制等现实阻力;滑雪旅游资源开发不足，区域资源配置不均衡;滑雪旅游供应链韧性不足，区域滑雪旅游产业联动机制尚未建立等问题。通过打造互联互通的区域滑雪旅游基础设施，提高区域产业竞争力;整合多方有效资源，加强政策扶持力度;优化滑雪旅游要素配置，实现区域滑雪旅游资源均衡化;完善滑雪旅游产业供给体系，提高区域供给与需求的适配性等路径，旨在推动京津冀一体化战略的实现。

The Value， Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Ski Tourism to Boost the Integration Strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region under the Background of Winter Olympics

Abstract：This paper adopts the method of literature， mathematical statistics and expert interview to conduct an in-depth study on the value， difficulties and breakthrough paths of ski tourism to boost the integration strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It is concluded that the development of ski tourism has the value of promoting the integration of urban transportation， policy planning， resource allocation and industrial transformation and upgrading in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. However， regional transportation network system is incomplete， service quality needs to be improved. Ski tourism policy planning is insufficient， lack of coordination mechanism and other practical resistance. The development of ski tourism resources is insufficient， and the allocation of regional resources is unbalanced. The ski tourism supply chain lacks tenacity and the regional ski tourism industry linkage mechanism has not been established. Enhance regional industrial competitiveness by building an interconnected regional ski tourism infrastructure. Integrate multiple effective resources and strengthen policy support. Optimize the allocation of ski tourism elements and realize the equalization of regional ski tourism resources. Improve the supply system of ski tourism industry and the adaptability of regional supply and demand， aiming to promote the realization of the integration strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
