【摘  要】随着我国经济的快速发展，国家越来越重视施工企业工程机械管理工作。为进一步提升施工企业工程机械管理效率，需要根据实际情况加快实现工程机械化施工，了解施工企业工程机械管理存在的一些重难点问题，依据施工企业岗位需求匹配相关人才。因此，论文主要针对施工企业工程机械管理的问题进行分析，并提出合理化建议。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， the state attaches more and more importance to the engineering machinery management work in construction enterprises. In order to further improve the efficiency of engineering machinery management in construction enterprises， it is necessary to accelerate the realization of engineering mechanization construction according to the actual situation， understand some key and difficult problems existing in the engineering machinery management in construction enterprises， and match relevant talents according to the post requirements of construction enterprises. Therefore， the paper mainly analyzes the problems of engineering machinery management in construction enterprises and puts forward reasonable suggestions.

1 引言

随着信息技术的不断进步，生产需求得到提升，工程机械的应用空间愈加广阔，对设备的有效管理提出了更高的要求。在新的时代背景下，做好机械设备的有效配置、科学使用以及保养工作，有利于降低设备故障的实际发生概率，提升机械设备的有效使用率，这也是新时期工程机械管理的基本要求。本文就施工企业工程机械管理中存在的问题进行分析，简要地提出应对措施。

2 施工企业工程机械管理的不足之处

2.1 缺乏完善的管理制度

在施工企业机械管理过程中，企业的工程机械管控工作未能得到重视，缺乏独立的工作管理部门以及管控人员。在工程建设规模扩大和施工难度增加的背景下，工程机械在使用数量或使用种类等方面都呈现着向上发展趋势，但工程施工管理工作却常常被并入其他部门管理中，受其他部门的管理，管理缺乏专业性和独立性。在该种管控体制下，机械管理工作很容易被忽视，甚至会出现一些异常情况。……
