【摘 要】 近十年來，中医药得到前所未有的重视，进入了快速发展期。民间中医药是中医学的重要组成部分，是中医药服务能力不断提升的源头活水，一直受到政府和民众的广泛关注。文章通过检索近十年来民间中医药相关的网站、公开数据库等信息，分析民间中医药的政策、机构以及科研情况，探索民间中医药发展存在问题，并提出有关建议，冀望民间中医药能够更好地发挥促进中医药事业发展和增强民众健康的作用。

Abstract：In the past decade，traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has received unprecedented attention and entered a period of rapid development. Folk traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. It is the source of the continuous improvement of the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine. It has been widely concerned by the government and the public. In this paper，the related websites and open databases related to folk traditional Chinese medicine in the past decade had been searched. Based on the analysis of policies，institutions and scientific research of folk traditional Chinese medicine，the existing problems and developmental suggestions of folk traditional Chinese medicine was proposed. The article is hoped that folk traditional Chinese medicine can better played the role of promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine and enhancing public health.

民间医药是民间医药工作者在数千年发展中积累的丰富经验的结晶，是中医药不断发展的重要资源。近年来，随着人们对中医药服务的需求不断提高，民间医药工作受到了国家、行业以及民众的高度重视，民间医药生存环境不断改善，但仍存在很多困难，部分民间医药技术后继乏人。为推动民间医药发展，现将近年来民间中医药的政策、机构以及科研情况进行总结、分析，寻找薄弱点，为促进民间医药更好的服务中医药事业发展和民众健康提供参考。

1 国家高度重视民间医药工作

近十年来，国家发布了若干民间医药政策，出台了指导民间医药工作的专门文件。2009年《国务院关于扶持和促进中医药事业发展的若干意见》（国发[2009]22号）中要求“挖掘整理民间医药知识和技术，加以总结和利用” [1]。2011年《关于加强民间医药工作的意见》（国中医药医政发[2011]35号）中，提出了推进民间医药发展的总体方针和思路，要求“坚持挖掘整理与总结利用并重，传承保护与开发推广结合，政府扶持引导与发挥市场机制作用并举”[2]。……
