【摘  要】计算机辅助制图技术与测绘技术创新发展均需要建立在优化整合基础上。以现代化科学技术为依托，加强辅助制图与测绘技术的稳定性，充分开发利用计算机技术，实现辅助制图与测绘技术的优化整合。论文首先对计算机辅助制图优势进行阐明，然后详细分析计算机辅助制图在测绘技术发展过程中的实际效用，并基于当前辅助制图与测绘技术发展问题，提出优化测绘技术与计算机辅助制图稳定性的整合策略。

【Abstract】The innovation and development of computer aided mapping and surveying and mapping technology both need to be based on optimization and integration. Based on modern science and technology， the stability of aided mapping and surveying and mapping technology should be strengthened， and computer technology should be fully developed and utilized to realize the optimization and integration of aided mapping and surveying and mapping technology. This paper firstly expounds the advantages of computer aided mapping， then analyzes the practical utility of computer aided mapping in the process of surveying and mapping technology development in detail， and based on the current problems of aided mapping and surveying and mapping technology development， puts forward the integration strategy to optimize the stability of surveying and mapping technology and computer aided mapping.

1 引言

随着社会经济水平的不断提高，为满足社会发展与建设需求，有必要以计算机辅助制图与测绘技术为基础，明确计算机辅助制图在测绘技术中的重要性，提高测绘技术准确水平与综合效用。在计算机辅助制图创新过程中，不仅需要以测绘技术的发展为基础，还需要以现代化科学技术为核心，增强测绘技术实际应用稳定性，完成在计算机支持下合理应用测绘技术，满足测绘工程创新与发展需求。

2 计算机辅助制图优势特征概述

传统手工制图涉及多种制图工具，制图程序相对烦琐，使工作效率低下，出现测绘工作中浪费了不必要人力、物力的现象，直接影响最终制图效果。采用计算机辅助制图技术，不仅能够提升制图工作与测绘全方位效率，还能实现工程造价的有效节省，充分满足现代工程建设发展需求。……
