【摘  要】近年来，随着我国科技的不断发展和经济水平的飞速提升，国家大力发展新兴产业的同时，人们的生活水平也在不断提高。无论是在日常生活还是工业生产中，电力系统都发挥着十分重要的作用。我们已经进入“科技时代”，科学技术渗入生活的方方面面。科技高度发达的背后是以电力系统的逐步完善为支撑，由此我们可以看出电力行业是国家的核心发展之一，电力系统的更新完善必然是大势所趋。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the continuous development of science and technology in China and the rapid improvement of economic level， the country vigorously develop new industries at the same time， people's living standard is also constantly improving. No matter in daily life or industrial production， power system plays a very important role. We have entered the "age of technology"， which has permeated every aspect of our lives. Behind the highly developed science and technology is the gradual improvement of the power system as the support， so we can see that the power industry is one of the core development of the country， the renewal and improvement of the power system is inevitably the trend of the times.

1 电气自动化技术

1.1 电气自动化概述

电气工程自动化技术是一项涵盖范围较广的综合性技术，它将电子信息技术、智能仿真技术和计算机网络技术等多种技术有机地结合起来，是顺应时代提出的智能化要求从而形成的一项新兴技术。这项应运而生的技术的标签是“自动化”“智能化”，无论是在日常生活中还是在企业生产中都表现出重要作用。电气自动化技术在某种程度上象征着创新，换句话说，它代表着国际竞争力，因此，在国内和国外都得到了足够的重视，各个国家争相发展这项技术来提高自己的竞争力和科技水平。

1.2 我国电气自动化发展的现状分析

电气自动化技术在我们国家起步较晚，因此，相比于其他发达国家，我们国家这项技术的发展较为落后且发展速度缓慢，但是近年来它在国内的发展整体处于稳步上升的状态，逐渐成为国家发展核心之一，大力发展电气自动化技术成为大势所趋。……
