【摘  要】随着“大智移云”时代的到来，大数据、智能化、移动互联网、云计算将整个社会紧紧联系在一起。如此一来，不仅实现了信息互通，还降低了获取数据的成本，越来越多的企业意识到信息化所带来的便利，财务共享服务中心便应运而生。相比以往传统的会计处理方式，财务共享系统将烦琐的流程标准化、统一化，利用电算化将相似的信息归集在一起。这就要求财务人员提高处理数据的能力，加强自身对互联网技术的应用，努力适应时代新变化。

【Abstract】With the advent of the "big data， cloud computing and internet of things" era， big data， intelligence， mobile internet， and cloud computing have closely linked the entire society. In this way， it not only realizes information exchange， but also reduces the cost of acquiring data. More and more enterprises realize the convenience brought by informatization， and the financial sharing service center arises at the historic moment. Compared with the traditional accounting treatment mode， the financial sharing system standardizes and unifies the complicated process， and collects similar information by computerization. This requires financial personnel to improve the ability to process data， strengthen their own application of internet technology， and strive to adapt to the new changes of the times.

1 财务共享时代的背景和特点

科学管理的应用和现代化信息技术的快速发展，极大地推动了生产力的发展并扩大了企业经营的规模，世界经济全球化已成为一种客观的历史潮流。经济全球化背景下，大型企业集团规模的扩张和分支机构的扩增也带来了一些问题：成本不断增加、增加的分子公司加大了集团管控的难度、经营风险和财务风险增加、提供的财务信息质量有限。在这样的背景下，财务共享服务模式应运而生，它将分散的经营职能集中到一个新的半自主的业务单元[1]，这个业务单元如同公开在市场竞争中的企业一样，设有专门的管理机构，以实现节约成本、提高效率和服务质量、创造价值的目的，财务共享服务模式已逐渐成为愈来愈多大公司的选择。

财务共享中心的出现，向企业提供了一个更加数字化与自动化的平台，为节约人力成本，引导管理层和财务人员关注核心问题的探讨奠定基础。……
