【摘  要】改革开放以来，我国混合所有制改革取得了巨大成果，也推动了我国国企改革事业的发展。进入新时代以来，如何优化解决国企员工持股问题，成为进一步推进混合所有制改革的关键所在。基于此，论文就当前我国国企员工持股改革的背景及存在问题展开分析，接着分析国企员工持股改革的意义，最后总结相关措施经验，旨在为相关工作者提供一些参考建议。

【Abstract】Since the reform and opening up， China's mixed ownership reform has made great achievements， which also promoted the development of China's state-owned enterprise reform. Since entering the new era， how to solve the problem of employee stock ownership in state-owned enterprises has become the key to further promote the reform of mixed ownership. Based on this， this paper analyzes the background and existing problems of employee stock ownership reform in state-owned enterprises in China， then analyzes the significance of employee stock ownership reform in state-owned enterprises， and finally summarizes the experience of relevant measures， aiming at providing some reference suggestions for relevant workers.

1 引言

现阶段，我国针对国企的混合所有制改革制度构建中，对员工持股问题的重视程度大大提高，由此可见，员工持股已成为我国国有企业改革的一项极为重要的内容。这不仅表现了国家对于国企改革工作的重视，更展现了国家对于保障人民群众利益、实现共同富裕的决心。

2 混改背景下国企员工持股改革的意义

简而言之，所谓员工持股是指一家企业在其经营发展的过程中，鼓励企业内部员工购买本公司的股份，以此来获得对企业的所有权。根据持有的股份，企业员工也可以享受到企业盈利所带来的利润分配。通过员工持股改革，国企可以实现对员工的长效激励，总体上来说有利于国企的发展。

作为我国国企混合所有制改革的一种重要手段，员工持股可以帮助国有企业实现股权结构多元化，进一步提高国有经济的发展活力。除此之外，通过员工持股改革，国企员工的个人收益就与企业的发展情况形成了密切联系，企业利益好，员工的收益自然也就更多。……
