【摘  要】随着现代化科学技术的进步与档案管理技术水平的提高，相关人员可以基于影像档案完成数字化修复工程，保护承载人类文明的史料。为保存好档案机构珍藏的书画作品以及价值连城的艺术作品，可以应用仿真技术进行高仿真复制，以供参观人员赏阅。借助数字影像技术中的复制技术，可以更加便捷地保护并留存历史文化资料。从事档案管理的专业机构可以运用多元化的复制及保存方式、手段对具有价值的档案资料进行妥善保存，有效发挥档案管理人员的职责作用。

【Abstract】With the progress of modern science and technology and the improvement of archives management technology， the relevant personnel can complete the digital restoration project based on the image archives， and protect the historical materials bearing human civilization. In order to well preserve the calligraphy and painting works collected by the archives institutions， as well as valuable art works， we can use simulation technology to make high-simulation reproductions for visitors to enjoy. With the help of the replication technology in digital image technology， can be more convenient to protect and retain historical and cultural data. Professional institutions engaged in archives management can use diversified ways and means of copying and preservation to properly preserve valuable archives and effectively play the responsibilities and roles of archivists.

1 引言

档案是社会发展进步中的记载历史进程资料，同时，记录着重要领导作出的正确历史决策，结合不同时期、不同实际情况对急需解决的重要问题进行的研究方案，并通过讨论总结出来的相关开发建设性的反映历史的档案内容，这从侧面反映出档案工作的重要性。随着改革开放的不断深入与科技的创新发展，档案管理领域也出现了技术的创新并不断完善，以追求创新档案数字化管理作为新时代档案管理工作的重要发展途径[1]。不断完善档案管理的系统，为精准及时查询档案信息提供服务，应用先进的管理技术，逐步完善、创新、发展档案的数字化管理方式，满足数字化存储档案信息的工作需求。新形势下结合档案管理工作的实际情况，推动档案与计算机、网络、多媒体、新媒体技术相融合，有效促进数字化档案管理系统的建设和发展。……
