【摘  要】新型职业农民在返乡创业研究中已被关注，该群体是乡村振兴战略下具备关键作用的角色。论文基于电商扶贫扶智视角，对现有国内外新型职业农民的研究脉络和动态进行回顾，并结合新型职业农民职业教育相关理论，探讨职业教育的融入路径和可能实现的效能。论文最后对新型职业农民返乡创业实证展望提出了相关对策。

【Abstract】New-type professional farmers have been paid attention to in the research of returning home to start a business. This group plays a key role under the rural revitalization strategy. Based on the perspectives of e-commerce poverty alleviation and intellectual support， this paper reviews the existing research context and trends of new-type professional farmers at home and abroad， and discusses the integration paths and its possible effectiveness of vocational education combined with the relevant theories of vocational education of new-type professional farmers. Finally， the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures for the empirical prospect of new-type professional farmers returning home to start their own businesses.

1 引言

2015年国务院办公厅出台了《关于支持农民工等人员返乡创业的意见》，提出支持农民工等人员返乡创业，通过大众创业打开新型工业化、农业现代化、城镇化和新农村建设协同发展新局面。人社部、财政部、农业农村部印发的《关于进一步做好返乡入乡创业工作的意见》提出要进一步推动返乡入乡创业并加大政策支持力度、优化创业服务能力、结合地方资源禀赋和产业优势合理确定返乡创业方向，因此，在响应乡村振兴和精准扶贫的重要公关工作任务中，各类人才的支撑是高质量实施的重要前提，返乡创业农民是其中最熟悉和了解农村人才的主力军。农民返乡创业既是世界各国农村劳动力流动规律在中国的反映，也是我国农村社会进步、城乡融合等和谐发展的明证，因此，研究返乡农民创业及如何通过职业教育赋能让电商创业成效实施转化是目前农民返乡创业中的问题关键。……
