【摘 要】 目的：探討《针灸大成》中神门穴的应用规律及理论依据，为现代针灸临床应用提供全面的理论指导。方法：整理《针灸大成》与神门穴相关的所有条文，系统分析其定位归经、刺法灸法、配伍补泻规律及临床应用方法，探讨神门穴的临床应用规律。结果：神门穴的定位在掌后锐骨端陷中，常针三分，灸可三壮或七壮，通常用原络配穴及同名经配穴等配穴方法，常用神门穴泻法治疗心经实证。神门穴善治神志病，神门为心经原穴，多用于治疗脏腑病，以心系病症应用较多，如心痛、心烦失眠、健忘失记、惊悸怔忡等，还可治疗喘逆、咳嗽、咽痛、呕血、遗溺等它脏病症及上肢经络瘀阻、舌吐不收及尸厥等经络病症。结论：神门穴临床应用方法多样，可治病种繁多，其配伍规律有迹可循，临证之时应辨证施治，对于神门穴的临床应用规律总结对其在现代针灸临床中的应用具有借鉴意义。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application rules and theoretical basis of Shenmenacupoint in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion，so as to provide comprehensive theoretical guidance for the clinical application of modern acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods All articles related to Shenmenacupoint in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion were collated to systematically analyze its localization and channel tropism、acupuncture and moxibustion、acupoints compatibility rules、reinforcing and reducing methods and clinical application methods，so as to explore the clinical application rules of Shenmenacupoint.Results The positioning of Shenmenacupoint is in the sharp bone depression behind the palm，and acupuncture is often inserted into the shallow depth. Moxibustion often uses three or seven moxacones，usually use the Yuan-Luo acupoints or the same name meridian acupoint or other acupoint matching methods，andShenmenacupoint catharsis is commonly used to treat the symptoms of the heart channel of Hand-Shaoyin.Shenmenacupoint is good at treating mental diseases.Shenmenacupoint is the Yuan-Source acupoint of the heart channel of Hand-Shaoyin，it is mostly used in the treatment of viscera diseases，with heart-related diseases used more，such as heartache，upset insomnia，amnesia，palpitation，etc.，it can also treat asthma，cough，sorethroat，hematemesis，enuresis and other viscera diseases and upper limb meridian block，tonguecan not be recovered and syncope and other meridian diseases.Conclusion The clinical application methods of Shenmenacupoint are diverse，and there are many kinds of treatments.The compatibility rules can be traced，and the treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation when the symptoms are present.The summary of the clinical application rules of Shenmenacupoint has reference significance for its clinical application in modern acupuncture.

《针灸大成》[1]是我国明代针灸学家杨继洲所著，由靳贤补辑重编，首刊于明万历29年，共十卷207篇。其所述内容非常广泛，全面地总结了明代以前历代医家积累的有关针灸的学术经验和成就，对针灸学的理论研究和临床指导有重要意义。神门穴为手少阴心经之原穴，是治疗失眠病的“一级主穴”[2]，可调脏腑，通经络，广泛应用于针灸临床治疗中。笔者通过研读《针灸大成》中关于神门穴的文献，加以归纳总结，分析其定位归经、刺灸方法、配伍补泻及临床应用规律，为现代针灸临床应用提供全面的理论指导。……
