【摘  要】招投标在我国工程项目中应用广泛，是我国建筑行业主要的承发包方式之一。在工程项目建设中，招投标起着至关重要的作用，是工程项目的关键环节。在招投标阶段，项目投资者应从投标单位中选择最优投標方案，以达到成本节约、利润最大的目的。对于项目投标单位来说，如何有效地展示公司技术实力，从而增加中标概率，是招投标管理过程中的重要因素。将BIM技术应用于工程招投标管理当中，有利于节约招标单位的成本、提高投标单位的中标概率，推动绿色建筑发展。论文以XX二期工程——文化中心为例，该项目位于绍兴市，地上建筑面积3295m2，半地下室建筑面积2122m2，建筑类型为公共建筑，结构类型为框架结构（此次图纸为比赛专用，作者实操），论文对BIM技术在工程招投标管理中的应用进行研究。

【Abstract】Bidding and tendering are widely used in China's engineering projects， which is one of the main contracting methods in China's building industry. In the construction of engineering projects， bidding and tendering play a vital role， and are the key links of engineering projects. In the bidding and tendering stage， project investors should choose the best tendering scheme from the tendering units to achieve the purposes of cost saving and maximum profit. For the project tendering units， how to effectively display the companies' technical strength， so as to increase the probability of winning the bid， is an important factor in the bidding and bidding management process. The application of BIM technology in engineering bidding and tendering management is conducive to saving the cost of bidding units， increasing the probability of winning the bid of tendering units， and promoting the development of green buildings. Taking the Cultural Center of XX Phase II Engineering as an example， the project is located in Shaoxing City， with a floor area of 3295m2 above ground and a half basement floor area of 2122m2. The building type is public building， and the structural type is frame structure （the drawing is for the competition and made by the author）. This paper studies the application of BIM technology in engineering bidding and tendering management.

1 引言

随着科技的发展，工程项目与以往相比更加多样复杂，其施工周期短，结构过于复杂，涉及专业较多，为工程项目带来巨大困难。如果没有做好工程项目的招投标管理工作，对后续工程项目建设施工工作开展会造成非常不利的影响，甚至导致工期延长或增加成本预算。为最大限度地解决以上问题，将BIM技术应用于工程招投标阶段中，有利于做好工程招投标管理。

借鉴国外的概念，引入BIM技术，让其进入工程领域，其中，其效用在工程招投标方面较为突出。……
