【摘  要】随着我国经济水平日益提升，综合国力日渐强盛。能反映一个企业核心价值、文化底蕴的只有企业文化，每个公司的企业文化都有重要地位，而国有企业想要提升自身经济价值，增強自身竞争力就要从企业文化出发，制定并强化专属于自己的企业文化。但是，国有企业文化建设不能片面、盲目地发展，要有机融合政治文化思想，借助企业文化与思想政治工作的相融合，创新管理理念，使企业内部文化得到创新与升华，推动国有企业发展得又快又远。

【Abstract】With the increasing improvement of China's economic level， the comprehensive national strength is becoming stronger and stronger. Only enterprise culture can reflect the core value and cultural deposits of an enterprise. The enterprise culture of each company has an important position. If the state-owned enterprises want to enhance their economic value and enhance their competitiveness， they should start from the enterprise culture and formulate and strengthen their own enterprise culture. However， the construction of state-owned enterprise culture can not be one-sided and blind development. It is necessary to organically integrate the political culture thought， innovate the management concept with the help of the integration of enterprise culture and ideological and political work， so as to make the internal culture of the enterprise innovative and sublimate， and promote the development of state-owned enterprises fast and far.

1 引言

全球经济化加剧，我国社会主义市场经济体制逐渐完善，国有企业为了适应新形势，已经建立现代企业制度和管理体系，但是国有企业政治思想问题在国企改革过程中逐步显露出来。但思想政治工作对企业建设有着重要作用，普及思想政治文化，有助于提高员工思想政治觉悟，为企业自身的文化建设奠定基础，有利于企业增强日常生产效力，发挥其文化建设的影响力，在经济改革中处于领先的位置。在经济化时代，国有企业思想政治工作和企业文化建设都应该紧跟政治发展的步伐，增强政治思想素质培养和企业文化建设，将二者有机结合，提升软实力。

2 国有企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设的异同性分析

2.1 相同性
