【摘  要】在新时代背景下，我国经济得到了快速发展，但与此同时，新的发展形势也让各行各业面临更加严峻的挑战，提高基层员工的素质更是成为新时代企业发展的核心任务之一。想要提升高速公路单位的经营与管理效率，获得更多的经济效益，就必须紧跟时代发展的步伐，加强收费站基层员工的思想政治工作，不断克服发展过程中的问题。基于此，论文对新时代新发展形势下高速公路收费站基层员工的思想政治工作面临的挑战展开研究，并提出优化策略。

【Abstract】Under the new era background， China's economy has been developing rapidly， but at the same time， the new development situation also makes all walks of life face more severe challenges， and improving the quality of grassroots employees is one of the core tasks of enterprise development in the new era. In order to improve the operation and management efficiency of expressway units and obtain more economic benefits， they must keep up with the pace of the development of the times， strengthen the ideological and political work of grassroots employees in toll station， and constantly overcome the problems in the development process. Based on this， the paper studies the challenges faced by the ideological and political work of the grassroots employees in expressway toll station under the new development situation in the new era， and puts forward the optimization strategies.

1 引言

在新的社会发展形势下高速公路建设单位加强对收费站基层员工的思想政治培训工作，不仅能够转变基层员工在服务过程中的态度，为高速公路单位树立起一个良好的形象，还能够有效地化解企业在发展过程中与员工产生的矛盾，提升企业与员工之间的亲近度，让更多的基层员工对高速企业的发展抱有期待，进而有效地提升企业内部的凝聚力，为高速公路单位的经营与发展提供更多的推动力量。由此可见，对新时代新发展形势下收费站基层员工的思想政治工作面临的挑战进行思考是十分必要的，具体策略综述如下。

2 当前收费站基层员工存在的问题

2.1 情绪低落

开展高速公路收费站基层员工的思想政治工作的根本目的在于提升员工的总体素质，让员工能够以最好的精神面貌投入工作岗位中，以认真负责的态度对待每一个工作环节，在规定的时间内高效地完成高速公路建设单位预设的收费任务与相关的发展目标，为企业的发展提供强有力的保障。……
