【摘  要】在改革开放的40年里，外商直接投资提升了我国经济活力，使我国经济发展更具包容性，也在我国企业升级转型中发挥重要作用，企业发展呈现快速增长态势，经营绩效不断向好，但外商直接投资也带来一些负面影响。论文首先对外商直接投资和企业经营绩效进行概述，帮助企业合理利用外资，不断提高经营绩效，获取更高收益。

【Abstract】In the past 40 years of reform and opening up， foreign direct investment has improved China's economic vitality， made China's economic development more inclusive， and also played an important role in the upgrading and transformation of China's enterprises. The development of enterprises has shown a rapid growth trend and business performance has been improving. However， foreign direct investment has also brought some negative effects. First of all， the paper summarizes the foreign direct investment and the business performance of enterprises， so as to help enterprises rationally use foreign investment， continuously improve the business performance and obtain higher returns.

1 引言

外商直接投资对改善中国企业绩效发挥了重要作用，首先带来的是先进的管理理论方法，在早期很多著名管理理论都由国外创造，我国在企业不断学习运用中，才逐渐创造出适合我国企业的管理方式，先进的管理理念引导企业改变经营方式并获得利润提高绩效。其次，外商直接投资为我国带来许多先进技术，帮助我国企业提高生产效率，企业在学习中不断创新，创造一个又一个奇迹。但一切影响都是双重的，外商直接投资占据较多股权，容易丧失原管理层对企业直接控制权，外资慢慢吞并企业资产，带来市场行业垄断。因此，在中国经济稳定发展的背景下，如何利用外商直接投资来提高国内企业的绩效和竞争力，使外商投资带来更多效益，不断激发我国企业活力，促进我国经济可持续发展已成为国内学者关注的问题。
