【摘  要】铁路管理质量会直接影响我国国民经济的发展。铁路车务站段思想政治工作的开展是促进铁路发展的有力抓手，需要始终坚持以人为本的发展原则，整合群众力量，助力我国社会建设工作的有效开展。铁路企业需要充分认识铁路车务站段思想政治工作的重要性，保障工作开展的有效性。通过网络信息平台的建立，定期收集铁路车务站段员工的意见和看法，开展适当的培训引导，帮助职工了解自身的基础定位。论文探究了铁路车务站段实施思想政治工作的主要方式，以期全面提高职工的思想和业务水平。

【Abstract】The quality of railway management will directly affect the development of China's national economy. The development of ideological and political work in railway train operation stations and depots is an important way to promote the development of railway. We need to always adhere to the people-oriented development principle， integrate the strength of the masses， and help the effective development of construction work in China's society. Railway enterprises need to fully understand the importance of ideological and political work in railway train operation stations and depots to ensure the effectiveness of developing this work. Through the establishment of a network information platform， the employees' opinions and views in railway train operation stations and depots are collected regularly. Developing appropriate training and guidance to help employees understand their basic positioning. This paper explores the main ways of implementing ideological and political work in railway train operation stations and depots， so as to improve the ideological and professional level of employees in an all-round way.

1 引言
