【摘  要】国内科技发展呈现出高质量、快速度的特征，与社会经济水平相辅相成，通信、计算机及互联网技术的发展获得了很好的政策导向与创新发展空间，其因促进了各行业的信息化发展，获得了较高的重视。在此条件下，为保障矿山企业在安全生产管理中，切实获得较好的监督管理效果，引入信息化管理技术及制度体系是关键。对此，以信息化矿山企业的安全生产为目标，提出切实可行的安全生产监督管理办法，提升企业生产经济效益，是论文重点研究的内容与目标。

【Abstract】The development of science and technology in China presents the characteristics of high quality and fast speed， and the social and economic level complement each other. The development of communication， computer and internet technology has obtained a very good policy orientation and innovative development space. It has promoted the development of informatization in various industries and gained higher attention. Under this condition， the introduction of information management technology and system is the key to ensure that mining enterprises can effectively obtain better supervision and management effect in production safety management. In this regard， taking the safety production of informationized mining enterprises as the goal， putting forward practical and feasible supervision and management methods of safety production and improving the economic benefits of production are the key contents and objectives of this paper.

1 引言

矿山企业生产中，地下空间矿体开采有很大的安全威胁，一旦发生问题，其造成的后果是不可估量的，给矿山企业及社会带来很大的影响。对此，结合矿山开采活动的实际情况，从思想上重视安全监督管理，以及安全生产培训，注重地下开采环境的安全监测，保障矿山企业生产活动的安全，提出信息化安全生产监督管理方法，具有重要的生产意义。

2 信息化下矿山企业安全生产背景

2.1 矿山企业的信息化需求

矿山企业在信息化建设过程中，应用现代化技术，能够提升生产效率及管理成效，积极引进新管理理念，夯实企业生产基础和管理质量，且能够有效率地进行资源开采，避免了开发生产活动的盲目性。不仅如此，矿山企业应用先进技术，还能够提升各部门之间信息沟通的有效性，实现资源共享，建立健全信息资源共享平台或系统，为企业生产管理提供了支持。……
