摘  要  本文主要阐明地质资料信息管理系统的概况及湖北省试运行的基本情况，发现实际试运行中存在部分功能待优化、信息化服务待升级、数据汇聚力度有待加大等3条问题，提出加强协同协作、建设一站式服务、提升数据更新体系等3条相关建议。

A Brief Analysis of Trial Operation of Geological Information Management Service System in Hubei Province

Abstract： The general situation of the geological data information management system and the basic situation of the trial operation in Hubei Province were clarified in the article. It is found that there are three problems in the actual trial operation， including some functions to be optimized， information services to be upgraded， and data aggregation to be increased. Three relevant suggestions were put forward including strengthening collaboration， building one-stop service and improving data update system.

为了进一步适应“互联网+”发展趋势，落实党中央、国务院的决策部署，原国土资源部办公厅印发《地质资料信息管理服务系统建设工作方案》（国土资厅函〔2017〕993号），要求集成整合原有系统开发地质资料信息管理系统，全面支撑自然资源行政主管部门、地质资料馆藏机构和地质资料汇交人的信息共享和业务协同。本文主要阐明地质资料信息管理系统的概况及湖北省试运行的基本情况，发现实际运行中存在的问题，并提出相关改进优化的建议。

1  概况

1.1  原有系统

“十二五”以来，伴随着地质资料集群化产业化稳步推进，我国地质资料网络体系建设已成规模，地质资料服务与管理的地质资料汇交监管平台、地质资料信息集群化共享服务平台、地质资料电子阅览室、油气地质资料委托保管信息系统、全国重要地质钻孔数据库管理与服务系统（“五平台”），地质资料管理信息系统（“一支撑”）等“五平台一支撑”建设不断完善，地质资料整理、汇交、监管、保管、利用的全过程信息化管理基本实现（表1）。

1.2  形势需求
