摘    要：為探索城乡融合背景下都市边缘区农村高质量发展思路，丰富城乡融合发展理论，基于城乡融合发展背景，以天津市西青区王稳庄镇东兰坨村为研究对象，以2000—2020年为研究期，利用GIS技术解译遥感影像获取国土空间变化状况，并随机选取研究区171户农民进行调查访问，探究农民生产生活方式的变化，然后基于结构方程模型建立国土空间变化与农民生产生活方式改变之间的关系。结果表明，与2000年相比较，2020年研究区耕地比重下降10.29个百分点，而工业用地和林地比重分别增加7.41和7.37个百分点。调研结果显示，农民在生产方式、居住方式、社交方式、消费方式、休闲娱乐方式及观念意识等方面均有较大变化;根据结构方程模型标准化路径系数可知，国土空间变化对农民生产方式、消费方式、居住方式、观念意识均为正向显著影响，数值分别为0.779，0.628，0.556，0.333。此外，研究过程中发现存在工业用地大量废弃、农民住房意愿难以满足等问题亟需解决，故笔者就促进集体建设用地再利用、增强土地对生产生活的服务功能以及编制乡村规划等方面提出切实可行的建议。

Research on the Relationship between the Territorial Space Changes of Metropolitan Fringe Area and Changes of Farmer's Production and Life Style： Taking Donglantuo Village，Wangwenzhuang Town， Xiqing District， Tianjin as an Example

Abstract： To explore urban and rural integration under the background of urban fringe area rural high quality development， enrich the urban and rural integration development theory， the experiment was conducted basing on the background of urban-rural integration， the period of 2000-2020 was as the period， and Donglantuo Village， Wangwenzhuang Town， Xiqing District in Tianjin province was as the research object.The GIS technology was used to interpret remote sensing images to obtain the spatial changes of the country.In addition， 171 households in the study area were randomly selected for investigation and interview to explore the changes of farmers' production and life style. Then， the relationship between the change of land space and the change of farmers' production and life style was established based on structural equation model.The results showed that， compared with 2000， the proportion of cultivated land in 2020 was decreased by 10.29 percentage points， while the proportion of industrial land and forest land was increased by 7.41 and 7.37 percentage points respectively. The survey results showed that there were great changes in the production mode， living mode， social communication mode， consumption mode， leisure and entertainment mode， and concept consciousness of farmers. According to the normalized path coefficient of structural equation model， the spatial change of land had a significantly positive  impact on farmers' production mode， consumption mode， living mode， and concept consciousness， with values of 0.779， 0.628， 0.556 and 0.333， respectively. In addition， the study found that there were some other problems need to be solved， such as the large number of abandoned industrial land， the farmers' housing will difficult to meet， etc.， so the author put forward practical suggestions on promoting the reuse of collective construction land， enhancing the service function of land for production and life， and the compilation of rural planning.
