◆摘  要：目的  调查嘉兴南湖学院在校大学生对宫颈癌、HPV及其疫苗接种的行为态度，解决如何从院校层次、学生自我层次提高对HPV疫苗接种的认知情况的问题。方法  采用文献研究法、自填式研究法、实证研究法，随机抽取嘉兴南湖学院大一至大四的在校大学生进行以线上电子问卷为主，线下走访为辅的调查方式。结论  嘉兴南湖学院学生存在着宫颈癌基础医学知识储备浅薄的情况，具有着接种意愿强，学习主动性强等特点。因此，加强高校之间宣传合作，开展关于保护女性健康安全知识的学习课堂应尽快提上日程，学生组织也可积极开展相关学习与志愿活动，为大学生获得HPV和疫苗接种等相关知识提供了解渠道。

◆Abstract：Objective  To investigate the behavioral attitudes of college students in Jiaxing South Lake College toward cervical cancer， HPV and its vaccination， and to address the question of how to improve the awareness of HPV vaccination from the institutional level and students' self level.  Methods  A literature research method， self-administered research method， and empirical research method were used to randomly select college students from freshmen to seniors at Jiaxing South Lake College to conduct a survey based on an online electronic questionnaire and supplemented by offline visits.  Conclusion   The students of Jiaxing South Lake College have a shallow basic medical knowledge of cervical cancer and are characterized by strong willingness to be vaccinated and strong learning initiative. Therefore， it should be put on the agenda as soon as possible to strengthen the propaganda cooperation among colleges and universities to carry out learning classes about protecting women's health and safety， and student organizations can also actively carry out related learning and volunteer activities to provide channels for college students to obtain knowledge related to HPV and vaccination.

一、引言

子宮颈癌又称宫颈癌（Cervical cancer），是发生在子宫颈的癌症，源自于不正常细胞的生长，随着血液在器官内的流动最终能够侵袭或转移至身体其他部位。根据世界卫生组织统计，超过90%的子宫颈癌患者都曾被人乳头瘤病毒（Human papillomavirus，HPV）感染，同时，抽烟、免疫机制不完善、常使用避孕药、不安全性行为、多重性伴侣等行为也占据着患病因素的一席之地。作为威胁全世界女性健康的第二大恶性肿瘤，其死亡率居于恶性肿瘤死亡率的第四位，但是宫颈癌也是目前唯一病因明确并可以通过早期筛查进行预防或被治愈的癌症之一。

宫颈癌多发病于已婚中年妇女，但是近年来，随着年轻人接受信息的渠道日趋新兴化，各类思想之间不断的碰撞导致了性观念的转变，宫颈癌的患病群体已呈现出患病人群年轻化的趋势。……
