摘 要： 对湖北省分布的国家新颁布的重点保护野生动物进行了研究，据统计湖北省国家重点保护野生动物共有7纲32目66科202种，其中哺乳纲5目12科27种;鸟纲16目35科141种;爬行纲2目3科4种;两栖纲2目5科10种;硬骨鱼纲4目7科13种;昆虫纲2目3科4种;双壳纲1目1科3种。上述湖北省国家重点保护的野生动物中，国家Ⅰ级有47种，国家Ⅱ级有155种;有16种由原国家Ⅱ级提升为国家Ⅰ级;新增的国家重点保护动物共82种，其中国家Ⅰ级7种，国家Ⅱ级75种。

Abstract： Studies on the new Chinese key protected wild animals in Hubei，there are 7 classes，32 orders，66 families and 202 species of wild animals.Mammalia has 5 orders，12 families and 27 species;There are 16 orders，35 families and 141 species in the class Aves;Reptilia has 2 order，3 families and 4 species;Amphibia consists of 10 species，5 families and 2 orders;There are 4 orders，7 families and 13 species in the class Osteichthys.The class Insecta consists of 4 species，3 families and 2 orders;Bivalvia consist of 3 species，1 family，1 order.There are 47 species of first class and 155 species of second class，16 species were upgraded from first class to second class.A total of 82 species of animals were added，including 7 species of first class and 75 species of second class.

原林業部、农业部申报的《国家重点保护野生动物名录》（以下简称原《名录》）于1989年1月14日获得国务院批准，原《名录》发布至今32年，除2003年和2020年分别将麝类、穿山甲所有种调升为国家Ⅰ级保护野生动物外，未进行系统性更新。2017年1月1日新修订的《野生动物保护法》正式实施后，国家林业和草原局、农业农村部启动了原《名录》调整工作，调整后的《国家重点保护野生动物名录》（以下简称新《名录》）经国务院批准后于2021年2月5日正式发布。根据新《名录》，查明湖北省有国家级重点保护野生动物199种，其中国家Ⅰ级有50种，国家Ⅱ级有149种。

1 哺乳纲

根据新《名录》，湖北省共分布国家重点保护哺乳动物5目12科27种，其中国家Ⅰ级重点保护哺乳动物14种，国家Ⅱ级重点保护哺乳动物13种。

湖北省分布的豺、大灵猫、小灵猫、金猫、长江江豚5种由原国家Ⅱ级保护野生动物升为国家Ⅰ级;湖北省新增5种国家重点保护哺乳动物，狼、貉、赤狐、豹猫、毛冠鹿新增列为国家Ⅱ级。……
