摘 要：中国共产党是靠革命理想和铁的纪律组织起来的马克思主义政党，纪律严明是党的光荣传统和独特优势。党在革命、建设和改革的伟大实践中，对纪律建设作了艰辛探索，积累了宝贵的经验。在中国共产党诞辰百年之际，回望和梳理党的纪律建设的历史进程，总结和提炼党的纪律建设的基本经验，对于新时代全面推进从严治党、推动党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要意义。

The Hundred Years History and Basic Experience of the Discipline Construction of the Communist Party of China

Abstract： The Communist Party of China is a Marxist party organized by revolutionary ideal and iron discipline. Strict discipline is the glorious tradition and unique advantage of the party. In the great practice of revolution， construction and reform， the party has made an arduous exploration of discipline construction and accumulated valuable experience. On the occasion of the centenary of the birth of the Communist Party of China， looking back and sorting out the historical process of the partys discipline construction， summarizing and refining the basic experience of the partys discipline construction are of great significance to comprehensively promote the new great project of strictly governing the party and promoting the partys construction in the new era.

一、新民主主义革命时期：“加强纪律性，革命无不胜”[1]194

纪律严明是无产阶级政党的本质特征。马克思指出：“我们现在必须绝对保持党的纪律，否则将一事无成。”[2]413列宁在领导布尔什维克党斗争过程中，多次强调纪律建设的重要性，认为无产阶级政党“需要有铁一般的纪律，铁一般的组织”[3]287，否则就不能完成巩固政权和开展建设的历史任务。1920年7月，列宁为各国共产党加入共产国际所列的条件中指出：“在目前激烈的国内战争时代，共产党只有按照高度集中的方式组织起来，在党内实行近似军事纪律那样的铁的纪律，党的中央机关成为拥有广泛的权力、得到党员普遍信任的权威性机构，只有这样，党才能履行自己的职责。……
