摘 要：维护党中央权威和集中统一领导是马克思主义政党的重要政治原则，事关党和国家根本利益。百年党建历程表明，维护党中央权威和集中统一领导，要坚决反对各类分裂活动与错误思想倾向、要不断完善维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的制度保障、要切实维护革命、建设与改革各个时期砺炼出来的领导核心。总结上述基本经验，为新时代坚持党的领导，坚决做到“两个维护”，推进党的建设新的伟大工程提供重要借鉴。

The 100-year History and Experience Enlightenment of the Chinese Communist Party in Maintaining the Authority of the Party Central Committee and Centralized and Unified Leadership

Abstract： Maintaining the authority of the Party Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership are important political principles of Marxist parties and pertinent to the fundamental interests of the party and the country. The century-long party-building process shows that maintaining the authority of the Party Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership must resolutely oppose various separatist activities and erroneous ideological tendencies， continuously improve the institutional guarantees for maintaining the authority of the Party Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership， and earnestly safeguard the core leadership during the revolution， construction and reform in various periods. Summarizing the above-mentioned basic experience provides an important reference for adhering to the leadership of the party in the new era， resolutely achieving the “two maintenances” and advancing the great new project of party building.

维护党中央权威和集中统一领导是党的优良传统，是党在危难时刻应对重大风险与重大考验的根本保证。习近平指出：“坚持党的领导，首先是坚持党中央权威和集中统一领导，这是党的领导的最高原则，任何时候任何情况下都不能含糊、不能动摇。”[1]85-86建党以来，中国共产党结合不同历史时期的基本国情采取有效措施坚定维护党中央权威，在维护党的团结统一、推动党和国家各项事业发展上发挥了重要作用。回顾中国共产党维护党中央权威和集中统一领导的百年历程，深刻总结基本经验，对于新时代坚持党的全面领导、坚决做到“两个维护”，加强党的团结具有重要意义。

一、坚决反对威胁党中央权威和集中统一领导的分裂活动和错误思想倾向

坚决维护党中央权威和集中统一领导是中国共产党在百年奋斗历程中形成的优良传统，也是党战胜风险挑战，夺取辉煌胜利的重要法宝。……
