摘要 目的：評价中成药治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期临床研究的用药现状，对中西药联合使用情况进行关联分析，为中成药的使用提供参考。方法：在国家知识基础设施数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、Pubmed、Cochrane Library检索公开发表的关于中成药治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期的临床研究，根据纳入和排除标准筛选后从用药频次、辨证用药、联合用药等方面进行数据提取，基于关联规则Apriori算法对中西药物联合使用情况进行分析。结果：共纳入342篇文献，包括143种中成药，其中脑心通胶囊和通心络胶囊为缺血性脑卒中恢复期的高频用药;该病恢复期以气虚血瘀证为主要中医辨证证型，且该证为多数中成药治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期的适应病证;西药如抗血小板药、调脂药与灯盏生脉胶囊等中成药的联合使用置信度较高。结论：中成药联合西药治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期的临床应用广泛，通心络胶囊、脑心通胶囊、灯盏生脉胶囊等中成药与抗血小板药联合使用是该病恢复期关联性较强的联用方案。

Study on Chinese Patent Medicine in Treating Ischemic Stroke in Recovery Phase Based on Data Mining

Abstract Objective：To evaluate the clinical use of Chinese patent medicine in the recovery of ischemic stroke，and analyze the combined use of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and Western medicine to provide a reference for the use of Chinese patent medicine.Methods：The published clinical studies on the recovery of ischemic stroke by Chinese patent medicine were retrieved from CNKI，WanFang，VIP，Pubmed，and Cochrane Library.The data were extracted according to inclusion and exclusion criteria，from medication frequency，syndrome differentiation and combination.Based on the Apriori algorithm of association rule，this paper analyzed the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Results：A total of 342 studies were included，including 143 Chinese patent medicines，of which Naoxintong Capsules and Tongxinluo Capsules were high-frequency medications during the recovery of ischemic stroke; qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome are the main TCM syndrome in the recovery period.This syndrome was adaptation for most Chinese patent medicines; the combined use of Western medicines such as antiplatelet drugs，lipid-lowering drugs and Chinese patent medicines such as DengzhanShengmai Capsules had a higher degree of confidence.Conclusion：The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the recovery of ischemic stroke is extensive.The combination of Chinese patent medicines such as Tongxinluo Capsules，Naoxintong Capsules，Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules and antiplatelet drugs is a relatively strong combination scheme in the recovery period of ischemic stroke.
