摘  要：大学生是创新创业主力军，高等院校是创新创业教育主战场，培养大学生的创新创业精神，形成创新创业能力是高等院校的重要任务。创新和创业虽有关联，但各自独立，创新是基础，创业是创新的延伸和发展，在此重点讨论创业教育。以研究高校运动队建设为切入点，探索其中隐含的对创业精神培育的价值。通过对高校运动队建设中准确的定位、清晰的目标、完善的制度和优良的作风等要素的梳理，结合创业教育的现实情况，寻找创业教育的新方法和新模式。

On the Integration of Entrepreneurship Education in the Construction of College Sports Teams

Abstract：College students are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship， and colleges and universities are the main battlefield of innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is an important task for colleges and universities to cultivate their innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and form their innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities. Although innovation and entrepreneurship are related， they are independent of each other. Innovation is the foundation， and entrepreneurship is the extension and development of innovation. Entrepreneurship education is discussed here. Taking the study of the construction of college sports teams as the starting point， explore the value of the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit implicit in it. Through combing the elements such as accurate positioning， clear goals， perfect system and excellent style in the construction of college sports teams， combined with the reality of entrepreneurship education， we are looking for new methods and new models of entrepreneurship education.

高校運动队是学校组成部分，在学校整体工作中发挥着体育示范引领、教育功能拓展、校园文化营造和学校形象宣传等作用，但其在建设过程中隐含着对学生创业教育的价值还未被充分认识。

1  创业

1.1 创业的内涵

创业是在探索事物的基本结构和功能，寻找事物的起源和发展趋势的基础上找到新需求和提出问题，运用新方法或技术创造性地解决问题，创造能满足社会需要的有价值又直观易用的产品或服务的社会认知和社会实践活动[1]。

1.2 创业的本质

人类的发展史就是一部创新创业史，创业者在这一过程中创造了大量的物质财富和各种各样的精神财富，推动了人类社会文明的大发展。创业分为广义的创业和狭义的创业。广义的创业是创业主体负责一项工作时，运用新方法或技术解决工作中的问题，完成工作目标的实践活动。……
