摘  要：数字印刷技术的不断普及，其印后加工技术也发生了翻天覆地的变化。多样化、智能化的数字印后设备将大范围地替代传统的、半自动的印后设备。该文以精装书的数码印后加工技术为研究对象，简析传统精装书装订、裁切、覆膜上光、书封和整合的印后加工技术。通过对目前精装书数码印后技术的研究，将数字化时代的精装书工艺主要分为小数码印后和大数码印后，逐步实现智能联动化、数字化。

Abstract： With the continuous popularization of digital printing technology， its post-press processing technology has also undergone earth-shaking changes. Diversified and intelligent digital post-press equipment will replace traditional， semi-automatic post-press equipment on a large scale. This article takes the digital post-press processing technology of hardcover books as the research object， and briefly analyzes the traditional hardcover book binding， cutting， film coating， book cover and integrated post-press processing technology. Through the research of the current hardcover book digital post-printing technology， the hardcover book craftsmanship in the digital age is mainly divided into small digital post-printing and large digital post-printing， and gradually realize intelligent linkage and digitization.

数字印刷技术的不断普及，其印后加工技术也发生了翻天覆地的变化。传统印后加工工艺已经不能满足数码印刷产品的要求，数码印刷需要更简单而有效的印后加工工艺。多样化、智能化的数字印后设备将大范围地替代传统的、半自动的印后设备[1-2]。

精装书作为礼品甚至珍藏品的角色时，往往被赋予纪念价值和情感寄托。我国精装书的印后装订经历了从纯手工操作到单机，再到联动化、自动化、智能化、环保化、数字化的发展过程。如今，书刊印后装订已经基本实现了机械化和自动化操作，印后加工的数字化主要分为两大方向：一是传统工艺简单化，使机器操作偏向模式化，对作业人员的技术专业能力需求下降;二是印后机器的数字化联动。

精装书是个性化时代的高附加值印刷产品。精装书装订工艺是最能体现印刷个性化的加工工艺，其工艺主要分为3个部分：封面制作工艺、内页制作工艺和整合加工工艺。……
