摘  要：京津冀协同发展问题是当代的热点问题之一。探究京津冀地区的协同发展战略，对京津冀地区的可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。该文以京津冀的人口为例，对京津冀人口进行了分析，并构建了京津冀地区人口三大系统的相对发展模型和耦合协调度模型。结果表明：近几年，河北人口的增长速度比天津人口的增长速度快，天津人口的增长速度比北京人口的增长速度快，京津冀地区的人口正在慢慢拉大差距;预测河北人口的增长速度将持续大于北京和天津的人口的增长速度。该文最后对未来国家应对京津冀人口变化的特点所应采取的措施提出来建议。

Research on the Coordinated Development of

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

—Ttake Population as an Example

Abstract：The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a hot issue in the contemporary era. Exploring the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has an important strategic significance for the sustainable development of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region.Taking the population of Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei as an example， this paper analyzes the population of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region， and constructs the relative development model and coupling coordination degree model of the three population systems in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The results show that the population growth rate of Hebei is faster than that of Tianjin in recent years， and the population growth rate of Tianjin is faster than that of Beijing， and the population gap in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei is gradually widening. Finally， this paper puts forward some suggestions on the measures that should be taken to deal with the characteristics of population change in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei in the future.

黨的十九大报告明确指出：“以疏解北京非首都功能为‘牛鼻子推动京津冀协同发展，高起点规划、高标准建设雄安新区。”在学术理论、地方政府及国家战略推动下，京津冀出现了各种经济发展的新趋势，不仅为京津冀的协同发展提供了机遇，同时还带来了各种挑战。

长期以来，京津冀三地存在着严重的经济不协调、不均衡发展问题[1]，河北GDP与京津差距明显。2019年京津冀人均GDP分别为16.4万元、9.1万元、4.6万元，京津是河北的1.97倍之多。随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展，各个区域之间的贸易往来越来越密切，一定距离内的城市逐渐连接成一个命运共同体，区域协同发展成为不可阻挡的大趋势。……
