摘  要：伴随某学院老一代中教机PA44-180飞机老化到报废，新一代中教机的引进已成定局，在多方考察下，学院最终选定新一代中教机型号DA42NG。和学院曾经使用的中教机相比，新的中教机在操纵性、舒适度和安全性等方面都有显著提高。为了保质保量完成该新机型的航线与定检维护工作，深刻理解飛机上元器件工作原理至关重要，作为飞机最重要的组成部分之一起落架系统尤其应该受到关注。该文通过对起落架的电路和油路系统进行分析，深入讲解本机型起落架工作原理，结合日常飞行训练故障现象分析并排除故障，在保证飞行训练任务正常进行的同时为相关工作人员提供维护参考。

Working Principle Introduction and Fault Analysis of DA42NG Aircraft Landing Gear

Abstract：With the development of PA44-180 aircraft of the old generation of a college， the introduction of the new generation of Chinese teaching aircraft has been established. Under the investigation of many parties， the college finally selects the new generation of da42ng. Compared with the Chinese teaching machine used by the college， the new teaching machine has significantly improved in handling， comfort and safety. In order to complete the maintenance of the new aircraft， it is very important to understand the working principle of the components on board. As one of the most important parts of the aircraft， landing gear system should be paid attention. This paper analyzes the circuit and oil system of the landing gear， explains the working principle of the landing gear of this aircraft in depth， analyzes and eliminates the fault in combination with the daily flight training fault phenomenon， and provides maintenance reference for the relevant staff while ensuring the normal flight training task.

起落架系统是目前大多数飞机必要的组成部分之一，不可替代。在飞机起飞、降落、滑跑与停放时支撑飞机重量，和机轮一起降低地面对飞机的冲击，保护机上人员及设备不受冲击影响，起落架也是机轮的附着设备，没有起落架，飞机无法仅依靠机轮完成上述功能。对于可收放起落架来说，其组成还包括液压作动组件，功能更复杂，更难以维护，一旦在飞行过程中出现收放困难或其他故障，不仅会增加驾驶员的心理负担，考验其应变能力，更严重威胁飞机安全。该文从DA42NG飞机起落架组成出发，结合外场维护出现的故障，分析工作原理并提出相应故障的排除放方法。
