摘  要：通过对广东省青少年训练竞赛中心微信公众平台的样本获取，搜集与用户、图文、消息等方面的一手数据进行分析，发现体育类微信公众平台存在内容体系不完善、原创内容少、时效性差、缺乏人文传播等的主要问题。对于体育类微信公众平台的建设和运营应当首先明确定位;其次要加强内容差异化、增强内容原创性以及内容形式和种类的多样性;最后就是要提高采编团队人员素质以及加强与用户互动。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Operation of WeChat Public Platform for Sports

—Take the WeChat public account of the Youth Training Competition in Guangdong Province as an Example

Abstract：Based on the sample collection of WeChat public platform of Guangdong youth training and competition center， collecting and analyzing the first-hand data of users， pictures and messages， it is found that the sports WeChat public platform has some main problems， such as imperfect content system， less original content， poor timeliness and lack of human communication. For the construction and operation of sports WeChat public platform， we should first clear the positioning; secondly， we should strengthen the content differentiation; enhance the originality of content and the diversity of content forms and types; thirdly， we should improve the quality of the staff of the acquisition and editing team and strengthen the interaction with users.

微信公众平台作为一种新型传播媒体，深刻改变着人们的生活，是最受大众喜爱的移动互联网交流平台之一，并逐渐担负起智能化时代人类通过媒体学习与拓展知识的重要角色。近年来，许多大型体育赛事管理者在举办赛事时，也建立了相应的官方微信公众平台，用于赛事资讯传播和成绩公布、个性化智能程式建立等新媒体传播服务。广东省青少年训练竞赛中心微信公众平台主要用于报道各类省级赛事举办情况、赛事报名及重大会议通知、名单公示等。目前该平台仍然处于建设运营的初级阶段，从平台定位、信息团队建设、信息素材来源与整合、图文可视化等方面都存在着需要解决和改进的问题。该文以广东省青少年训练竞赛中心微信公众平台为案例，分析体育类微信公众平台在建设和运营过程中所存在的问题并对建设一个成系统、合需求、高质量、有活力的体育类微信公众平台提出参考建议。……
