摘  要：高校实验室是进行实验教学、开展科学研究和人才培养的主要场所，其管理与建设关系到人才培养成效。而根据调查实践及总结文献可知，目前广西本科高校实验室建设与管理、实验教学等方面或多或少存在一定缺陷。为探究适应新型高校实验教学的新方向，更好适应高校实验室新模式，促进传统实验室以及实验教学的转型升级，提高实验室的工作管理水平，围绕管理方式、新型教学平台等方面，对高校提出新型管理方式以及构建新型实验教学平台。

关键词：实验室管理  实验室建设  虚拟仿真  公共实验平台

Abstract： University laboratories are the main places for experimental teaching， scientific research and talent training， and their management and construction are related to the effectiveness of talent training.According to survey practice and summary literature， it can be seen that there are some defects in the construction ， management of laboratories， experimental teaching and other aspects in Guangxi undergraduate universities. In order to explore the new direction of adapting to the new university experimental teaching， better adapt to the new university laboratory model， promote the transformation and upgrading of  the traditional laboratory and experimental teaching， improve the level of the laboratory management， puts forward to management methods， new teaching platforms， etc. Colleges and universities propose new management methods and construct new experimental teaching platforms.

中共中央國务院在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》中对高校的人才培养和科研水平提出新的要求，其中包括“着力培养信念执著、品德优良、知识丰富、本领过硬的高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才”、“支持学生参与科学研究，强化实践教学环节”和“加强高校重点科研创新基地与科技创新平台建设。”动手能力是评判实践能力的方式，实践是培养高素质创新人才的重要手段，是检验真理的唯一标准，同时科研水平是高校能力测评的重要依据，作为人才培养基地和科研基础的高校实验室，在这些方面起到举足轻重和无可取代的作用。因此，加强高校实验室的建设和管理，寻求更好、更优的方案，来适应现代化人才培养需求，提高科研水平，变得尤为重要。……
