极浅埋深井筒过强富水断层防治水技术研究

摘  要:新维煤矿主井筒开掘至165~250m段揭露富水断层F175,井筒围岩软弱、裂隙发育,易引起河水倒灌及大量淋水对井筒稳定造成较大威胁。本文根据工程地质条件,提出采用架设矿工钢支架、背接金属网、超前注浆及喷浆封闭与二次模筑钢筋防水混凝土相结合的联合支护方法,完成过断层水患防治工作,达到理想效果,为同类井筒施工提供有益经验和借鉴。

Research on Water Prevention and Control Technology of Ultra Shallow Well Bore with Strong Water-rich Fault

Abstract: The water-rich fault F175 is exposed from the main shaft to 165 ~ 250m in Xinwei Coal Mine. The surrounding rock is weak and the fractures are well developed. According to the engineering geological conditions, this paper puts forward the combined support method of pre-grouting, i-shaped steel frame, Steel Mesh, connecting bar and shotcreting, which combines the primary support with the secondary formwork reinforced waterproof concrete, the work of prevention and control of water disaster through fault is completed, and the ideal effect is achieved, which provides beneficial experience and reference for similar shaft construction.

新維煤矿维新主、副斜井及管道斜井井口与新场井主、副平硐共用一个工业广场,工业广场位于镇舟河西岸的乌龟田附近,在井田西北部,广场地面标高+431m,三条井筒均为同向施工,相对间距在35m左右。维新主斜井主要用于维新井的煤炭运输、维新副斜井主要用于矿井的材料运输、管子斜井主要用于矿井的行人、供风及供排水等,服务年限均在70年以上。作为矿井的主要开拓巷道[1],井筒施工到250m、180m、165m时遇断层F175,三条大巷与地面距离均较近,主斜井是35m,副斜井是34m,管子井距是38m,和镇舟河平面距离最近52m。三条大巷均会从镇舟河下过,镇舟河水体极易从断层风化裂隙带渗入甚至涌入巷道,这对于巷道的掘进存在较大的透水安全隐患。本课题通过对富水断层地层岩性渗水河床的勘探岩芯、裂隙情况、水质化验等综合分析巷道所穿河床段的岩性及水文地质资料,确定井巷治水方案和支护方式及选择正确的施工工艺;通过先进的巷道支护技术及注浆技术,制定安全有保障、经济可操作性的目的,保证近距离河水下浅埋深井巷施工安全、顺利。……
