摘  要：近年来，在线新经济广泛普及，电子商务飞速发展。为构建适用于零售电商企业的仓库管理系统，提高企业仓库货物的周转效率，应对日益增长的业务量。对零售电商仓库管理的特性进行了全面研究，深入分析了仓库的主要作业流程，应用微服务及多租户等技术，构建了仓库管理系统架构，并凭借此架构实现系统开发。最后通过实践证明，该系统能够有效应用于零售电商企业的仓库管理，提高仓库的管理效率。

Abstract：In recent years，online new economy is widely popular，and e-commerce develops rapidly. In order to develop a warehouse management system for retail e-commerce enterprises，speed up the turnover efficiency of good，cope with the growing business volume. By studying the characteristics of the retail e-commerce warehouse management comprehensively，and analyzing the main processes for warehouses deeply，applies many technology such as micro service multi-tenancy tenant，formulates the architecture of the warehouse management system，and realizes the system development based on the architecture. Finally，by the practice，it proves that the system can be applied to the warehouse management for online retailers effectively ，and improve the efficiency of warehouse management.

0  引  言

受疫情影響，居民线上消费显著增长，国家统计局数据显示，2020年1—10月，我国实物商品网上零售额同比增长16%，较之社会消费品零售总额增速高21.9个百分点。直播带货、直播电商等为在线经济带来了巨大的流量，进一步促进了在线经济的发展。面对新消费环境下订单量不断增加的趋势，零售电商亟需一套适应其业务发展的WMS（仓库管理系统），以更好地迎接未来的业务挑战。本文以一家典型的零售电商企业为例，对零售电商企业仓库管理的特性进行全面分析，旨在构建一套广泛适用于零售电商企业的WMS。

1  零售电商仓库的特性

1.1  H公司仓库管理现状

H公司是一家以内衣服饰销售为主的零售电商企业，其在国内主要电商平台上均设有旗舰店，几乎所有订单均来自电商平台。拥有近40家供销商、3个仓库，仓库固定员工约110人。

平销期间日均订单量在4～5万单，特大促销活动期间，日订单峰值可突破百万，与平销期间相差多达20余倍。……
