摘  要：初中阶段学生正处于身心发展的重要时期，班主任的管理工作意义重大。但是在实际的初中班主任管理工作中存在各种问题难以解决，比如初中阶段学生进入青春期，生理上和心理上都发生了较大变化，存在叛逆心理，阻碍了初中班主任管理工作的有效进行。该文简单分析了初中班主任管理工作的特点，并且提出了一系列初中班主任管理工作中的沟通技巧。

Discussion on Communication Skills in the Management of Junior Middle School Head Teachers

Abstract： Junior middle school students are in an important period of physical and mental development， and the management of the head teacher is of great significance. However， there are various problems that are difficult to solve in the actual management of junior middle school head teachers. For example， when junior middle school students enter puberty， great changes have taken place both physically and psychologically， and the existence of rebellious psychology hinders the effective management of junior middle school head teachers. This article simply analyzes the characteristics of the management of the junior middle school head teacher， and proposes a series of communication skills in the management of the junior middle school head teacher.

近年来，在初中班主任管理工作中，沟通技巧的重要性越来越被重视。通过沟通，不仅能够使初中生认识到自己的缺点和不足，并且能够帮助初中生逐渐树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。对此，初中班主任需要在管理工作中从思想上意识到沟通技巧的重要性，并且通过多种手段和方法，在管理工作中掌握一定的沟通技巧，为促进初中生的身心全面发展提供有利条件。

1  初中班主任管理工作的特点

1.1 具有时代性的特点

随着社会的进步和科技的发展，现代初中生思想上已经有了翻天覆地的变化。通过调查研究发现，现代初中生普遍接触电子设备和产品较多，电子产品的广泛普及虽然给学生带来多方面的便利，但是也存在诸多问题。一方面，由于网络信息的发展，一些不良信息铺天盖地袭来，初中生的认知尚未得到完全发展，可能会对初中生思想造成负面影响，在无形中加大了班主任管理工作的难度;另一方面，初中班主任需要对这些电子产品进行一定的了解，防止在管理工作中遇到一些问题不知所措。……
