摘  要：21世纪是一个飞速运转的信息化时代，随着科技的发展、社会的不断进步，信息化技术在逐渐渗透到我们生活的方方面面，给日常的生产生活带来了很多便利。教育行业作为一项国家社会性的事业，当然也不例外，近年来，越来越多的智能手段、多媒体技术走进传统课堂，推动教育事业不断进行科技改革，致力于打造出一个现代化、智能化的新型课堂，为社会主义建设培养出多元化的综合性人才。而护理学作为一门抽象的学科，一直以来都以“难理解、难教学”而著称，各高职院校在积极响应教育部的号召，进行教学改革，尝试引进智能化课堂来促进内科护理教学的高效实施。本文将从高职内科护理教学的现状、引入智能化课堂的必要性、智能化课堂的优势、具体实施方法4个方面来进行探讨，希望能给后续的改革带来一定的启发。

Discussion on the Necessity of Application of Intelligent Classroom in Higher Vocational Internal Medicine Nursing Teaching

Abstract： The 21st century is a fast-moving information age. With the development of science and technology and the continuous progress of society， information technology has gradually penetrated into all aspects of our lives， bringing a lot of convenience to daily production and life. As a national social undertaking， the education industry is of course no exception. In recent years， more and more intelligent methods and multimedia technologies have entered the traditional classroom， promoting the continuous technological reform of the education undertaking to keep pace with the times， and is committed to building create a modern and intelligent new class to cultivate diversified comprehensive talents for socialist construction. Nursing， as an abstract subject， has always been known as "difficult to understand and difficult to teach". Higher vocational colleges are actively responding to the call of the Ministry of Education to carry out teaching reforms and try to introduce intelligent classrooms to promote internal medicine nursing Efficient implementation of teaching. In the following， we will discuss the current situation of internal medicine nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges， the necessity of introducing intelligent classrooms， the advantages of intelligent classrooms， and specific implementation methods， hoping to bring some inspiration to subsequent reforms.

1  高职内科护理教学的现状

1.1 学生现状

据调查显示，护理专业的学生中，20%的学生是出于真正的热爱，怀着对生命虔诚的敬仰才选择了本专业去深入学习，而大部分的学生则是抱着老一辈“老师医生是打不碎的铁饭碗”的观念，听从父母的选择来到了这里，但在入学以后随着越来越深入的学习，却发现理想与现实之间隔着天壤之别，并不像人们口中说的那样“护理生每天都在实操，进行有趣的试验”，繁重的理论课程、冗杂难懂的病历案例让原本就不坚定的他们，对本专业根本提不起任何兴趣，也无心成为救死扶伤的“白衣天使”，于是得过且过地应付着学业，浑浑噩噩地等毕业，然后再去谋得一份称心的工作。……
