摘  要：《临床医学概要》课题將特殊时期下的网络教学与参与性教学相结合，充分调动同学的学生热情，融入到教学过程中，提高教学效果。达到线上线下教学同样的教学效果尤为重要。研究对象为2018级检验技术专业学生，生物工程专业学生，影像技术专业学生，检验专业学生，合班共同授课，学生人数为153人，将网络教学与参与性教学相结合的教学方法在临床医学概要课程中的理论课和见习课完成教学任务。基于在线参与式学习的“临床医学概要”课程的实践中，对所存在发现的教学问题进行分析和策略研究，全方面地评价课程，促使学生综合能力的提升，教学质量的提高。“互联网 + 参与式”课堂教学模式改变对学生的评价方式，仅凭一张考卷来评价学生的学习是不科学的、不全面的，学生平时的课堂表现，课堂参与互动程度等情况都应作为评价的要素，综合的评价方式方法有利于学生综合能力的提升，培养合格的医学应用型人才。

Application of Online Participatory Learning in "Clinical Medicine Summary" Teaching

Abstract： This topic will combine the network teaching and participatory teaching in the special period， fully mobilize students' enthusiasm， integrate into the teaching process， and improve the teaching effect. It is particularly important to achieve the same teaching effect of online and offline teaching. The research objects are students of laboratory technology， bioengineering， imaging technology and laboratory technology in grade 2018. The number of students is 153. The teaching method of combining network teaching and participatory teaching is used to complete the teaching task in the theoretical course and Internship Course of clinical medicine outline course. In the practice of "Clinical Medicine Summary" course based on online participatory learning， the existing teaching problems are analyzed and strategy research is carried out to evaluate the course in all aspects， so as to promote the improvement of students' comprehensive ability and teaching quality. "Internet+ Participate” it is unscientific and incomplete to evaluate students' learning only by one examination paper. Students' usual classroom performance and the degree of classroom participation and interaction should be taken as the evaluation elements. Comprehensive evaluation method is conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive ability and the cultivation of qualified medical application-oriented talents.

《临床医学概要》这门课程内容繁多，授课时长相对较少，要求在有限的时间内完成教学任务，其难度越来越大。这就要求我们转变传统的授课方式，通过对现有文献查阅，发现当前对于高等医学院校临床医学概要教学还没有应用线上教学联合参与式教育研究。

参与式教学是高校课堂近年来兴起的新型教学模式，其实践源头可追溯至 20 世纪 50 ～60 年代英国进行的社会援助项目。……
