摘  要：各种创新性人才培养是我国经济社会的不断发展的需要，开放实验室是培养创新人才的重要场所。本文首先讨论了开放实验室的作用，并分析现有实验室的一些局限性。结合教学和科研工作实际，根据其各自特点，提出了开放实验室的三种模式，并对其特点进行总结，分析三种模式的应用场景。结合自身经验阐述了开放实验室对培养创新人才的重要性，最后提出了开放实验室取得成功的重要因素。

Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Innovative Talents with Open Laboratory

Abstract： The cultivation of all kinds of innovative talents is the need of the continuous development of China's economy and society， and the open laboratory is an important place to cultivate innovative talents. This paper first discusses the role of open laboratory， and analyzes some limitations of the current laboratory. Combined with the practice of teaching and scientific research， according to their respective characteristics， this paper puts forward three modes of open laboratory， and summarizes their characteristics. The application scenarios of the three modes are analyzed. Based on our own experience， this paper expounds the importance of open laboratory to cultivate innovative talents， and finally puts forward the important factors for the success of open laboratory.

随着我们经济社会的不断发展，科学事业也取得了很大的成就，我国的国际论文发表数、专利申请数均居世界前列，这得益于我国对创新性人才的不断培养。我国《高等教育法》第五条明确说明：高等教育的任务是培养具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才，发展科学技术文化，促进社会主义现代化建设。培育具有创新能力的高素质应用型和科研型人才是目前和今后很长一段时间内我国高等教育的重要工作。

1  高校实验室在培养创新性人才的作用及现有不足

1.1 高校实验室在培养创新型人才地位

高校实验室学校在学校具有比较明显独特的地位。首先，高校实验室是集中高校的仪器设備的重要场所，集中了学校的大部分高精尖的设备，是学校的固定资产的重要组成部分，在实验室里也汇集了各类尖端人才，能够对教学、科研和对外服务提供强力支撑，是学校开展教学实验，科学研究和对外服务的重要基地[1]。……
