摘 要：高校实验室是进行实验教学、科学研究的重要场所，也是培养学生实践能力、创新能力的重要平台，安全管理是保障实验室正常运行的前提。该文分析了安徽科技学院育种与种子实验室管理现状，提出了健全安全管理制度、加强安全教育培训、加强硬件建设、规范药品管理、制定安全事故应急预案、加强管理队伍专业化建设等建议，为实施“安全第一、预防为主”实验室安全管理提供参考，也为学校教学、科研工作顺利开展提供保障。

Exploration on Safety Management of University Laboratory under Background of Opening and Innovation

Abstract： University laboratory is an important place for experimental teaching and scientific research， as well as an important platform for cultivating practical and innovative ability of students. Safety management is the premise of laboratory normal operation. This paper analyzes the present situation of breeding and seed laboratory management in Anhui Science and Technology University and puts forward some suggestions， such as perfecting safety management system， strengthening safety education and training，strengthening hardware construction， standardizing drug management， making emergency plan for safety accidents， and strengthening professional construction of management team. It provides a basis for the implementation of "safety first， prevention first" laboratory safety management， and also provides a guarantee for teaching and scientific research of teachers and students in the school.

高校实验室是进行实验教学、科学研究的重要场所，也是培养学生实践能力、创新能力和综合素质的重要平台。实验室的全面开放是国内外高校改革发展的趋势，也是培养学生创新创业能力的重要途经，开放使用营建了宽松和谐的试验氛围，满足学生自主试验、学习的需要[1-2]。全面开放对实验室安全管理工作带来很大压力和挑战，近年来安全事故在我国高校实验室时有发生，为安全管理敲响警钟[3]。如何有效完善实验室安全管理工作体系，保障实验室各项工作顺利开展是管理者面临的重要课题，各级管理部门应高度重视加强实验室安全管理工作，提高安全管理水平，为广大师生营造安全、健康的学习和工作环境。

1 实验室安全管理现状

近年来，安徽科技学院响应建设“双一流”大学号召，着力培养创新、创业人才，积极改进管理，加大实验室开放、建设力度，提供更多锻炼实践场所和平台，逐步提高学生实践、创新能力。……
