摘要：在消防工作体系中，火灾调查工作属于比较重要的一项环节。火调工作的开展目的及流程主要在于对火灾事故现场的勘察、访问以及鉴定工作。在火调工作内容中，不仅需要工作人员具有较强的专业能力以及责任意识，同时需要专业人员具备较强的细致性以及分析能力。因此，火调工作是一项十分重要的消防工作项目。本文将分别针对火灾调查工作现状中存在的问题以及具体改善的策略进行分析与探究。

On the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Fire Control Work

Abstract： In the fire protection work system， fire investigation work is a relatively important link. The purpose and process of the fire investigation work is mainly to survey， visit and appraise the fire accident site. In the content of the fire adjustment work， not only the staff must have strong professional ability and sense of responsibility， but also the professional staff must have strong meticulous and analytical ability. Therefore， fire control work is a very important fire fighting project. This article will analyze and explore the existing problems in the current fire investigation work and specific improvement strategies.

0 引言

提升火调工作效率以及工作质量是消防部门一直探究与学习的方向。然而在当前火调工作中，仍然存在部分弊端以及有待提升的部分。对此，消防部门以及火调工作人员不仅要加强培训，提升自身专业能力以及综合素质，同时要依据完善的火调工作管理制度、完善的火调工作设施设备以及火调工作之后的调查力度和分析会议等多方面背景措施，进而达到改善当前火调工作现状，有效降低火灾发生几率的目的。

1火调工作的现状

火调工作不仅仅是对火灾发生原因进行调查，更为重要的是通过科学且精确的方式，在火灾发生初期对实际情况進行搜集与勘察的工作，这不仅可以迅速并有效的找到火灾发生的具体原因，同时可以有效积累经验，以此减少火灾发生的概率。在当前消防措施中火调工作现状中，仍然部分问题和弊端，常见的群众对火灾防范认知度差、火调工作专业性低、火调工作设施设备比较落后、轻视一般性小型火灾的调查工作以及火调工作管理制度缺乏严谨性等，均是火调工作中的弊端问题和有待提升的方向。……
