摘要：在综采工作面设备回撤中，液压支架撤除属于其中关键，液压支架撤除工艺直接影响撤除速度。基于此，本文将简单介绍综采工作面液压支架撤除常见工艺，并结合济宁三号煤矿实例，深入探讨综采工作面液压支架单架掩护法撤除工艺的具体应用，具体涉及铺网收尾、单架掩护法应用路径、装架要点、顶板管理要点等，希望研究内容能够给相关从业人员以启发。

Study on Removal Technology of Hydraulic Support Single Frame Cover in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract： The removal of hydraulic support is one of the key points in the equipment withdrawal of fully mechanized working face， and the removal process of hydraulic support directly affects the removal speed. Based on this， this paper will briefly introduce the common removal process of hydraulic support in fully mechanized working face， and combined with the example of Jining No.3 coal mine， deeply discuss the specific application of the removal process of hydraulic support single frame shield method in fully mechanized working face， specifically involving the net laying ending， application path of single frame shield method， key points of loading， roof management and so on， hoping that the research content can enlighten the relevant practitioners.

直接撤架法、掩護撤架法、单架掩护法等均属于常用的综采工作面液压支架撤除工艺，不同工艺具备不同的优势和不足。但结合实际调研可以发现，部分单位在综采工作面液压支架撤除方面存在工艺选用不当问题，由此催生的撤除速度等方面问题必须得到重视，这类问题的针对性预防正是本文研究的关键所在。

1. 综采工作面液压支架撤除常见工艺

1.1直接撤架法

直接撤架法适用于存在较好顶板条件的工作面，如存在采用锚杆支护的撤除通道，可直接撤除液压支架。在直接撤架法的应用过程中，需首先缩回液压支架侧护板，随后进行降柱处理，液压支架用千斤顶或绞车拉出1.5-1.8m，沿垂直煤壁方向并随后进行90°旋转，最终用绞车拉到装车地点。撤除第一组工作面端部支架后，需将木垛支护顶板打上，之后支架每撤一组，托棚均需要沿工作面方向设置，靠采区侧的走向棚一端可顺利托往，也可以采用丛柱维护。……
