[摘    要]科技的不断进步带动着自动化技术的发展。现阶段，各行各业已经开始广泛应用自动化技术，其在故障维修方面表现出色。根据自动化技术研发出的仪表自动化设备，对于化工、机械等领域的发展有着重要的作用。因此，首先对仪表故障和故障检测方法进行基本介绍，然后分析了自动化仪表常见的问题，接着分析了化工企业预防仪表自动化设备故障的策略并且探讨了故障维护技术。

[Abstract]The continuous advancement of science and technology drives the development of automation technology. At this stage， various industries have begun to apply automation technology extensively. Automation technology has excellent performance in fault maintenance. The instrumentation automation equipment developed according to automation technology plays an important role in the development of chemical industry， machinery and other fields. Therefore， it first introduces instrument failures and failure detection methods， then analyzes the common problems of automation instruments， and then analyzes the strategies of chemical companies to prevent instrument automation equipment failures and discusses fault maintenance techniques.

随着我国经济的迅速发展，我国化工企业也蓬勃发展，并且处于发展上升期。现代化工企业要想实现长远发展，就必须时刻关注科技发展，将现代先进技术运用到企业发展之中，通过提高企业产量、升级企业管理模式，来不断提高企业的效益。但是化工企业仪表自动化设备在日常运行过程中，无法避免地会出现设备故障或损坏等问题，会给企业的生产效率带来影响，严重时还会导致企业的生产线受到影响。如果仪表自动化设备故障處理不当，那么会给企业的正常生产带来较大隐患，还会增加企业后期维护的费用，严重时还会让企业遭受经济损失。自动化仪表操作过程更加便捷，减少了因为人工操作而造成的失误，减轻了工作人员的负担，降低了人工人本，对提升企业的生产质量和经济效益有着重要作用。设备维护工作对于自动化设备至关重要，一旦发生故障就需要采取及时有效的处理措施。……
