[摘    要]从天津广播电视塔高耸塔类建筑的特殊性及游客的乘梯需要出发，结合我国电梯标准规范和世界先进电梯技术，分析了天津广播电视塔高速电梯改造的技术要求。天津广播电视塔2台游客电梯经过30 a的运行，受整梯老化和生产年代所限，已无法满足当今时代的需要。目前，电梯曳引机、轿厢平台、乘客应急救援系统、控制系统、变频器、安全部件、门系统、轿厢操纵盘及配套设备在设计、技术、安全、质量、节能等方面已经有了飞跃性的进步，随着全球科技水平的发展，电梯新国标的颁布和人民需求的提高，老旧电梯的现代化更新改造已成为必然趋势。

[Abstract]Based on the particularity of high-rise buildings of Tianjin Radio and TV Tower and the elevator needs of tourists， combined with China's Elevator Standards and world advanced elevator technology， this paper analyzes the technical requirements of Tianjin Radio and TV Tower high-speed elevator transformation. After 30 years of operation， the two tourist elevators of Tianjin Radio and television tower have been unable to meet the needs of the times due to the aging of the whole elevator and the limitation of the production age. At present， elevator traction machine， car platform， passenger emergency rescue system， control system， frequency converter， safety components， door system， car control panel and supporting equipment have made great progress in design， technology， safety， quality and energy saving. With the development of global science and technology， the promulgation of new national standards for elevators and the improvement of people's demand， the modern development of old elevators has become increasingly prominent It has become an inevitable trend to carry out modernization and renovation.

天津广播电视塔目前正在使用的2台游客用高速电梯（3#、4#）是20世纪80年代由美国奥的斯公司开发的E-401直流驱动高速电梯平台，以其稳定舒适的轿乘体验和安全可靠的平台性能赢得全世界高端客戶的信赖。近年来，经过多次产品更新升级迭代至今，其依然广泛应用于北美、日本等发达国家和地区。

该2台游客电梯在使用期间均未经过设备翻新或整体大修。经过近30 a的运行，其核心机械部件和电气部件老化磨损严重，故障率不断攀升。问题主要表现在以下几方面：

（1）电梯主要部件269HT直流曳引机的励磁线圈绝缘水平严重受损，曳引轮轮槽和曳引绳之间存在不同程度的磨损，导致电梯平层精度失准，轿乘体验明显下降。……
