[摘    要]配电网络装配变压器设施中，需要根据具体防小动物的装配设计要求，对小动物容易爬行并碰撞的高低位置和角度进行分析，判断导致高低压接线柱问题的原因，避免引发变压器短路故障问题发生。针对小动物攀爬路径，分析如何确定变压器短路的现象，确定台架变压器防小动物的装置设计标准。按照灵活安装、灵活结构设定的方式，调整功能设计标准，降低能耗，提升台架变压器防小动物装置的设计思路，重视提升实用推广的价值应用，确定台架变压器的设计理念和设计思路。从装置设计的基础流程入手，分析带电网防护配置的规范要求，分析电路电压输出模块和工作模式，分析技术优势和技术特点。重视从台架形式的变压器装配设计思路入手，分析如何提升变压器防小动物的装配规范化管理。

[Abstract]In the distribution network assembly transformer facility， it is necessary to analyze the high and low positions and angles of the small animals that are easy to crawl and collide according to the specific requirements of the assembly design for small animals to determine the cause of the high and low voltage terminal problems， which leads to the short circuit of the transformer. The failure problem occurs. Aiming at the climbing path of small animals， analyze how to determine the short-circuit phenomenon of the transformer， and determine the design standard of the anti-small animal device of the bench transformer. In accordance with flexible installation and flexible structure setting， adjust the functional design standards， reduce energy consumption， improve the design ideas of the anti-small animal device of the bench transformer， attach importance to the value application of promotion of practical promotion， and determine the design concept and design ideas of the bench transformer . Start with the basic process of device design， analyze the specification requirements of the power grid protection configuration， analyze the circuit voltage output module and working mode， analyze the technical advantages and technical characteristics. 電网配置运行过程中，容易因为小动物的误爬触碰导致变压器周围受损。受低压、低温状态影响，周围环境水平发生转变。小动物会因为破坏低压线路导致变压器短路或断路，需要重视变压器高低压的防护，做好绝缘保护。高低压接线过程中，需要结合防护高低压标准水平，加装绝缘装置，注意端子的雨水、污秽等因素发生。在运行过程中需要结合高低压接线，避免过热受阻问题发生。重视绝缘防护套的散热，调整接线防护标准。……
