[摘    要]随着我国经济的不断发展，建筑工程建设也迅速发展，高层住宅小区的建设十分常见。在这些住宅小区建设过程中，供配电系统的建设非常重要。主要针对高层住宅小区供配电系统的设计，从供电电源、中低压供电系统、计量采集等系统组成方面，以及从负荷分级、负荷计算、设备选型等技术要求方面进行了分析，旨在从设计角度满足高层小区的供配电系统安全、可靠、经济运行的要求，使高层住宅小区能够给用户带来更好的生活体验。

[Abstract]With the continuous development of China's economy， construction engineering is also developing rapidly， and the construction of high-rise residential quarters is very common. In the construction process of these residential areas， the construction of power supply and distribution system is very important. This paper mainly focuses on the design of power supply and distribution system in high-rise residential area， analyzes the system composition of power supply， medium and low voltage power supply system， metering collection， etc.， and analyzes the technical requirements of load classification， load calculation， equipment selection， etc.， so as to meet the requirements of safe， reliable and economic operation of power supply and distribution system in high-rise residential area from the perspective of design， So that high-rise residential areas can bring better life experience to users.

1 工程概述

本文主要针对某大型住宅小区进行分析，该大型住宅小区的规划总用地面积约为71 039 m2，总建筑面积约为232 501 m2，其中地上建筑面积为177 533 m2，地下建筑面积为64 968 m2。该小区建筑性质是以住宅为主，商业为辅。小区共建设12栋高层住宅楼，为地面28～33层，地下1层住宅，总户数为1 712户，另有1#～3#樓为2层沿街商铺，4#～6#楼的1-2层均为沿街商铺，3～4层均为社区服务及物业管理用房。小区机动车停车位共计1 954个，其中地面停车位336个，地下停车位1 618个，非机动车停车位3 494个。

为使小区高层住宅建设更加稳定，方便用户使用，在各方面均要结合供配电系统的具体细节进行探讨，对各方面数据进行计算，方便对其中的数据进行精准控制，进而使供配电系统符合目前的建设要求，在日常的使用过程中不会出现问题，并且能够加强其使用合理性。此外，该住宅小区还存在部分非住宅建筑，不光需要住宅部分，还需要对其他诸如商业、社区用房、物业管理用房及变配电室等功能性建筑进行考虑。……
