[摘    要]药剂制备设备作为选矿厂药剂系统的一个重要设备，主要由包药剂搅拌桶、药剂输送泵、药剂贮存槽组成。设备自动制备和无人值守功能由于受外界因素干扰过大，实现自动制备和无人值守功能所需投资较大，加之系统采用联锁较多，其维护工作量大，制约着该设备的自动制备和无人值守功能普及和实现。为此，文章介绍了一种通过使用自动化仪表采集贮存槽液位上传至DCS控制系统进行运算分析后，远程自动启动设备完成药剂制备和无人值守的方法。

[Abstract]As an important equipment of reagent system in concentrator， reagent preparation equipment mainly consists of reagent mixing barrel， reagent conveying pump and reagent storage tank. Due to the interference of external factors， the automatic preparation and unattended functions of the equipment require large investment. In addition， the system uses more interlocking， and its maintenance workload is large， which restricts the popularization and Realization of the automatic preparation and unattended functions of the equipment. For this reason， this paper introduces a method of collecting the liquid level of storage tank by using automatic instrument， uploading it to DCS control system for calculation and analysis， and then starting the equipment remotely to complete the preparation of reagent and unattended.

药剂制备系统作为选矿厂加药流程中的前端子系统，在选矿厂药剂配置和控制加药作业中起着非常重要的作用。某选矿厂药剂制备系统主要将固体粉状可溶物、液体可溶物等选矿药剂通过固定配比以达到生产要求的最优浓度需求。日常人工工作部分主要是将药剂和水按一定浓度要求混合放入搅拌桶，按照生产需求，每天仅需一段时间即可制以满足生产需求的药剂量。为了进一步提高选矿厂的自动化程度，通过DCS控制系统实现部分人工操作工作，可进一步降低岗位工作人员配置需求和实现晚班无人值守功能。

1 系统流程设计

1.1 系统流程

本系统主要通过DCS控制系统实现药剂制备在其药剂搅拌桶中的药剂液位满足选矿厂生产时，实现自动预启动搅拌桶达到预先设定启动时间要求后，其药剂输送泵（一用一备）启动将药剂输送至药剂贮存槽，使得贮存槽保持一定液位，同时在主输送泵出现故障时在条件允许下自动切换启动备用输送泵完成药剂制备工作。……
