摘要 中医药的海外推广是发挥中医药特色优势的重要举措，并能以此为契机促进“一带一路”战略实施，弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化，使中医药走向世界，造福世界。随着中国与乌兹别克斯坦两国外交关系的不断升温，作为“一带一路”上中外人文交流、民心相通的亮丽名片，中医药已成为两国共建健康丝路的重要环节。近年来，两国在中医药领域的合作日益紧密，覆盖了科研、教育、新药研发、共抗疫情等各方面，中医药在乌兹别克斯坦逐渐深入民心。

Abstract The overseas promotion of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）is an important measure to give full play to the specialty and advantages of TCM，which can also be taken as an opportunity to promote the implementation of “Belt and Road Initiative”，to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture，and to bring TCM to the world and benefit the world.With the continuous warming of diplomatic relations between China and Uzbekistan，TCM has become an important link in the joint building of a healthy silk road.In recent years，the cooperation between the 2 countries in the field of TCM has become increasingly closer，covering scientific research，education，new drug development and other aspects.TCM has gradually gained popularity among the people in Uzbekistan.

《中医药发展战略规划纲要（2016—2030年）》指出，我国已经把中医药发展上升为国家战略[1]，同时“一带一路”发展战略与《中医药“一带一路”发展规划（2016-2020）》为中医药的国际化发展带来了前所未有的机遇[2]，中医药事业已经迈入了新的历史发展时期。目前，中医药已广泛传播至183个国家和地区，中国政府已同86个国家机构签署了与中医药相关的各类合作协议。由国家中医药管理局申请，财政部批准设立的中医药国际合作专项开展以来，已立项支持了近40个“一带一路”中医药海外中心建设[3]，中医药受到了各国政府、团体组织与民众的热烈欢迎。
